Apk file size: 15.0 MB

This Application (app) requires Android version 2.2 or better.

This app is designed to help you learn Japanese Hiragana characters. Each character comes with a word usage example containing a cute (Kawaii) Japanese Manga picture. Pronunciation for each Hiragana and word examples are recorded by a native Japanese girl.

The ‘Stroke Order feature’ lets you learn how to write Hiragana properly with the correct stroke order. You can also practice your writing by tracing the copybook in the app.
By using the OK button, you can mark the characters you mastered. A Hiragana once marked as such changes its color so that it’s easy for you to distinguish which ones you have mastered.
The bar graph shown in the menu screen also helps you keep track of the progress of your study.
Hiragana characters you have trouble learning can be marked with the Check button. The ones marked with Check also change their color to help you identify those you have not mastered yet.

About permission :
The reason for the appearance of two permission (INTERNET & BROADCAST_STICKY) is because this app is created based on AdobeFlash & AdobeAir.
Since it is not malicious permission, please feel easy.
And "INTERNET" permission is used also in order to read an online manual by hardware menu key.
But this app itself can be used also in an off-line environment.

Not bad Nexus 7 I would give this 5 stars if we could practice writing all the hiragana characters. The others that start with like g, b,p or h sounds (and others) you can only look at them as to how they're written. I mean it does give examples but hearing pronunciation and seeing how it is written would help my visual memory a lot. But other than not bad at all. I would definitely recommend this to anyone just learning Japanese.
