City of Perth Parking

Featuring live Bay Availability!

This application is provided to you by the City of Perth to make your traveling experience easier, allowing you more time to enjoy the City's many programs and services.

The app allows you to locate car parks closest to your City destination, set a reminder for when your parking is due to expire and even include the location of your car park. Plus you can stay up to date with any special CPP parking discounts and news.

CPParking is suitable for most hand held android devices, and requires GPS for some features. CPParking requires an internet connection for live bay availability.

On again off again availability numbers... Retarded. keeps GPS on in background, so needs to be killed. Fix it :-)

David Paull

Doesn't work Doesn't give spaces available info which is all I needed

Andy Clark

Spyware!!! Reports back to CPP your exact location. I have noticed that this app sends not only my exact current location to yourselves, but also the phone's UDID with time stamps. This app has NO privacy policy and is therefore breaking the Play Store developer agreement by collecting user identifiable data without consent. It also crashes a lot, keeps the GPS turned on even when minimised and requires an 'Exit' button to close. Bad behaving spyware.

Guy Hoare

Overall below average. Bay availability does not display any info and app frequently crashes. GPS still runs when app in background.

Drew Mastalerz

Okay but crashy I like the live bay availability details but it crashes frequently. On the map screen the legend is hidden by the bottom toolbar without any way to display it on galaxy s3

Bike park info Would be good to be able to see where there are free bike bays.

Ok but.. The app is a great idea but you need to fix it so that it closes rather than having to force it to close

Keeps GPS enabled unless you press menu->exit. Developer should (but doesn't) turn off GPS usage inn the activity OnPause event.. Poor form CPP

Not too bad Height restriction information would be good as some vans and 4wd's won't fit in 1.9m carparks

Parker Great app. Very useful.

Very handy, but no MC parking Very handy and well designed app. One flaw is the lack of motorcycle parking information, otherwise it would be 5 out of 5.

A Google User

Awesome! I can see if any spaces are available before the drive into the city!!

A Google User

Cool I have to turn my phone off and back on again to delete the parking expired notification, it won't delete

Gyroscope failure Does not auto orient on some pages like Promotions and Failures. Need bug fixes. Also dont let zoom on same pages which is a pain to read or type into and review.

Great! Everything it should be.

Very usefull... Now I know the rates and availability before I leave home

Ben Helliwell

Don't bother. Uses GPS while minimised. Why? Why on earth is GPS needed for more than a second to establish location? If you leave this app minimised it will drain your battery. Awful design, but really I expect no better from the "look world, we're so backwards" City of Perth.

Justin Parker

No consideration for motorcyclists Title says it all. And Perth now seems to have an extremely reduced number of MC bays. I ride around for 30 mins looking for an available bay. Bikes take up bugger all space. Why not make it legal to park of pavements like Melbourne city.

is okay. helped to find cpp parking buildings, coz I rarely drive into town. navigation doesn't tell directions. need screen always on.

Stephen Edwards

App could not even open successfully.
