CoreTemp works well Thanks for this simple, effective & informative app. Works well thru correctly configured router. Feel safer now. Cheers, great work!

Anthony Cook

Coretemp Lite Installed on Samsung Galaxy Tab 2. Coretemp lite isn't displaying graphs or cpu name. All info is on on line of text displaying temps and the speed of the cpu. This wouldn't be to bad but the text is small and hard to read. I'd like a refund please.

Virus, Malware, Spyware, Disgusting! This app doesn't do anything. The PC version however not only installs this useless piece of crap, but installs a billion other apps even if you click skip for extras. It installs malware like istartsurf.exe and it's not an easy uninstall. Thankfully I had no problems, but those who don't know how to regedit and so on, don't use this software. These are low budget ass sniffing developers who get their income through malicious freeware which they install along with their product without your consent.

Javier Victor Mariano Bruno

Almost a Virus. When you try to instal the server on the computer to monitor: 1st- Chrome says is malicious. If you choose to ignore it... then Nod32 says is unwanted app. If ignore that too when execute nod32 again says is unwanted (another varian) and final, if to keep ignoring chrome and the AV, the Windows Defender take part saying the same thing.

Stephen Smith

Great app Installed the free app to check it out. Looks like I will be getting the paid app so I can monitor all my computers. Great app. Minimalistic which is great. Dont need a lot of extras when just checking temps.

Rybo Flaven

No data Doesn't work. I believe the developer has dropped support for this. I found the question on their forum that the Android app is not working correctly, and shows no data, which is actually the problem I'm having. And there is no response to that question.

Jerry Duford

Seriously? This app will require a hard menu key... which many phones today don't have anymore. Not compatible with many devices

Marty King

Galaxy s5 Well thanks for getting my hopes up. The galaxy s5 doesnt have a menu key. Lmao. Great job.....

Murchison Troncoso

Very poor This app does not work at all it doesn't show any performance totally wack. Don't waste your time.

A Google User

Works perfectly This app is a milestone in mobile computing integration, shows exact temperatures with real time updates. Best thing is its really easy to set up. :)

Patrick Younggreen

Doesn't work. Connects to workstation, doesn't display temps in app.

Thnx core temp! Awesome app, works great, and this fre version is perfect for me as I am obsessed with my cpu and ram temps and usage

A Google User

Awesome Great app works great on I727 ATT network. Please add a widget to the paid version and i will upgrade.

Fantastic!, but needs a 'Daydream' This is an excellent little app, I can now monitor my PC from anywhere in the house on my Nexus 7. It'd be even cooler if there was a 'Daydream' for it!!.. My Nexus 7 spends most of the day (working) sitting on my desk with 'Dashclock' sweeping across the screen (showing Time, Gmail, Weather etc..), Core Temp and a Clock would be excellent!!

Ricky Murphy

early review but a good start Though i only DL'd this afternoon, it was very easy to setup and it is a great idea for those of us desiring to measure system performance at fullscreen load without changing screens. Kudos for using the "2nd screen" in an intelligent manner.

Daniel Morales

Nice Works. It's missing an option for the screen not to turn off!

Johnny Casiano

Lol comical Used to love this till it needed a hard menu key. My S5 doesn't have one, so the app is useless.

A Google User

Perfect Easy to set up and does exactly what you want it to; monitor your system(s) from anywhere in the world.

A Google User

Excellent! Works great however when I try to connect via 3g I get a timeout, however I beilee this to be incorrect router settings and not the app

Dan S.

Temp Cant get past the port part.

Aidan Rayner

Does what it says on the tin. Connect it up and it works fine. Essentially shows the same thing CoreTemp does but on your phone. Also, about the "use it anywhere in the world" part: You need to portforward the application first, however I recommend you use another port apart from 5200 since that is the same port used by VNC clients.

A Google User

Fantastic app! This is great for monitoring CPU usage and temps on my overclocked rigs while folding and transcoding video. I run them all on the verge of dangerous temps so this puts my mind at ease. Thanks developers!

A Google User

Easy! Very easy to setup. It worked the very first try. It helped me to monitor an overheating issue I've been having.

David Ruben

Unintelligible setup instructions What's the host name vs monitor name, and alternative of IP is no easier to figure out

Pinak D

Hostname How the hell will I know the host name or port number. I have the pc software running on my laptop and it didn't ask these questions? Uninstalling it...

A Google User

Excellent app Very well done and works as intended. Just one question: Is it possible you can implement a screen widget? Would be amazing. ☆Rooted Evo 4G☆

A Google User

Great utility Works flawlessly. Great way to monitor my temps while gaming

Raheen Ballard

Shows as connected but no temps... Used to work on my old phone...any idea for a fix?

Michel Jansen

Seems to work It works but I wish the app could show a bit more information. Especially maximum read temperature with a reset button like the windows software has.

Rabeh Dannawi

Does not support S5 Can't access the menu key to get started.

Michael Vittorias

Useless It connects to the server but won't show any readings. Tried locally and remotely on 2 different machines. Just useless.

A Google User

Best thing since sliced bread. If it could do gpu as well that would be great

Bryan C

Excellent! I've used CoreTemp for years, including the remote sever for irc and vctemp, just decided to try this. It's nice to be able to monitor my computers from anywhere.

Christos Voglis

Menu button Doesnt support devices without menu button. Dont support varius list of devices

Syed Mohammad Walid

Excellent, it took some time to setup port forwarding but after that everything working fine.

Harry Smith

Samsung Galaxy S3 Shows connected to the server but displays no values

D. Casu

It starts with a text saying to press the Menu button. But there is nog menu button..?

A Google User

Useful Very useful if you don't have a second monitor and you run full screen apps

A Google User

Quite useful Allows you to easily check up on your (windows) computers when you are away

luca Vella

Cannot display computer temps

Пользователь Google

Good app. Need widget.

Dave Visone

Just lost a sale... Would have paid for this as I use it on my pc all the time. But as devices don't have menu keys anymore, this app is useless because there's no way to set it up ?

Jeremy J

To the people that says it dose not work The app Still Works All you need to do is hold your back button down (Note 5) or one of the other button you have one of them should simulate the hardware menu button you just need to hold your finger on it do not do a quick tap give it a try if you have a Note 5 its the back button like I said above

Alex Noonez

Heres a fix: Long press the menu icon on your phone screen until a menu pops up, then click add monitor.

ganesh dwivedi

would have loved if it had Gpu temp ,GPU power,GPU fan speed , hdd speed and network speed monitoring too

The Keeper

Doesn't work with RC8 Doesn't seem to work with RC8. It connects just fine but doesn't show any frequencies etc those fields are all blank. Using a Note 5.

Robert Johnson

Erm It says to tap on the menu button and add ... i have a galaxy s6 .. there is no menu button.... found that I have to press and hold the bottom right button down

Andrew Puchniarz

Didn't Work No data displayed after connecting to host.

niels van tilburg

Didnt work Configured everything, says connected, however it doesnt show any temperatures, just empty spaces.

Brad Trout

Used to love this app Used to love but now it doesn't give any info other then saying connected. Please fix this.

David Silva

Can't use it. "To get started, press on the 'Menu' key followed by a tap on 'Add monitor'." I use the Samsung Galaxy S5. There is no menu key, therefore there is no way to use this app. Since it hasn't had an update since 2011, it seems to me like these guys abandoned this app, and yet still offer the plugin upon installation of the pc software. Not impressed at all.

Dave Visone

Just lost a sale... Would have paid for this as I use it on my pc all the time. But as devices don't have menu keys anymore, this app is useless because there's no way to set it up ?

Brandon DeWitt

For those saying 'theres no MENU button' AHHH!! If you have the app-switching button instead, press and hold it down... the menu will appear... now go ahead and re-rate the app properly :)

Vanilla Wafer X

Well others are complaining about not having a menu key they just need to learn how to use phones that dont have them (ps hold down your task switcher button and its then menu button....). Now my problem is I'm getting an error saying that the pcs data is not initialized. Shame would have been a cool app.

Myreth Myth

Totally useless if you use a more modern smart phone. Menu keys don't really exist anymore. There should have been an integrated menu as part of the app. Sad sauce.

Preston Smith

Great remote monitor It works just like it says. You can also view the remote values as text in a web browser. For those who don't have a menu button, just hold down the button that shows current open windows (the one opposite the back button, looks like a square) and it will act as menu.

No menu button solved For those of you have a problem with the menu. Hold down the button to the left of your home button. This has been Samsung's way of still using the menu button ever since they changed from the actual menu button.

Colby Fisher

Does what it says. Works well, but would benefit from additional display options, such as large text display of core temperatures. Would purchase with this improvement.

Michael Smyer

Didn't work Connects to the server but doesn't display anything in the text view.
