Convergence Watch Face

Apk file size: 1.8 MB

Convergence is a Material themed watch face for your Android Wear device. Time elements move as you move... because they can.

Choose from 8 designer color pallets to customize the look to your mood, outfit, or just to appease the voices in your head.

Matches your mobile devices 24-hour format setting.

Battery Optimized:
Convergence goes into low power mode when your Wear device dims to maximize battery life. Low power mode drops to 2 color visuals (white on black) and disables animations and motion detection.

Install the app to the device (phone) that you have connected to your Android Wear device. Once installed, just long press on the watch face on your Wear device, then scroll over to select "Convergence" as your active watch face.

Do to 3rd party watch faces not being officially supported by Google (yet), when a watch face for Wear is active, and receives an update, Wear will deselect the watch face at the time of the update leaving it blank. Just reselect Convergence if you notice this after future updates. I hope to have this resolved as soon as Google releases their watch face APIs (hopefully soon).

Whats new

    - 24-hour mode! Matches your mobile device's 24-hour format setting.
    - 3 new color pallets, because hue deserve it
    - Convergence occurs at a more natural angle when checking the time
    - Dim mode no longer looks like I drew it in MS Paint
    - Fixed 11:00 am/pm bug

Aggressive Squid part of our Personalization and have average installs from 5000 to 10000. Last Update July 23, 2014. Google play rating is 77.3451. Current verison is 1.1. Actual size 1.8 MB.

Motion? I really like this watch face on my Moto 360, but the dots never move. They stay aligned at all times. Am i missing something?

Eric T

Display flipping out My goodness. Just installed this on my Gear Live and the bubbles are erratically flying all around the display when it's awake. It's useless in it's current state. What am I doing wrong here? This can't be the intended behaviour.

Thomas Moneyhon

Beware Extremely poor Won't remove from my watch when I uninstall app from phone. Was forced to place the watch in debugging mode and use 'adb -s localhost:4444 uninstall com.aggressivesquid.wear.convergence' it came back after resetting the watch as well.

Hanson Gasper

Awesome watch face The fact that's its moved along with your motion ,is a mind blower . I'll have this face for the longest

Julia Lunetta

AM/PM confusion I like the face, but it seems to get AM & PM confused sometimes. If I switch to other faces, they show the correct time. EDIT: I'm still seeing this after the latest update.

Sean Murphy

My GoTo watch face Out of all the watch faces convergence is the one that I have been using the most. It's distinct, classy and gets the job done. The contextual animation is delightful and so far still impresses me with every flip of the watch.

Justin Quach

No color picker, time elements not moving - Moto 360 Nice design concept! But unfortunately it's not working on my Moto 360, build LX (Lollipop).

Johan Bové

Original Android Wear watch face Needs 24 hour mode and perhaps more fitting , rounded ?, font face for the digits in the circles.

James Martin

No motion on Moto360 I'm giving three stars because it looks pretty nice but doesn't do what was advertised (yet). The "motion" stuff isn't working on the Moto360.

Dain Laguna

Awesome Fantastic color schemes and very smooth. Once the apk gets released it will only get better

Perry Merrity II

Pretty Alright This was the kind of uniqueness I would have expected months after the release of Android Wear, but it was out just a few days after Gear Live hit the market. Wonderful and different, but would be interested to see more.

William Pike

Dots? I really want to like this watch face, the dots are attractive (somehow) and it really appeals to my minimalist tastes, however, it's not so stylish to have 2 dots in a row on a line. I don't see any movement at all with this face, and it gets pretty boring after a few seconds.

Kelly Gonsalves

AM/PM issue I like this watch face but I am seeing PM in the morning. Not sure how to fix this.

Fridric Adalberaht

Looks like it could be very cool... The circles do not move on my Sony Smartwatch 3 running 5.0.1. Is there something else I need to do? I will re-rate if I can get this working.

Zack Peebles

No motion on Moto 360 Looks great with many themes, but it doesn't move on the Moto 360

Carter Hooper

Makes the G Watch worth it! Seriously great, beats all the stock faces. Touche!

I love the look but They dots never move they just sit there

mekayla snyder

LG G watch R I love this app, the color palettes are wonderful and the moving circles are a great idea. I love that they don't just move all around the screen on their own. There's not many apps that look or work well on my watch. This one is perfect!

Wade Morgen

Doesn't move on Moto 360 I like this face a lot, but the time does not move on the Moto 360

Austin Schargorodski

Works beautifully on the moto 360 Thank you and keep up the good work with this watch face. I'll keep updated on how it affects battery and if I run into any issues

Rob Simon

Beautiful face but ugly when dim I like the colorful themes and it looks great. I wish the face would reset the position before it dims though otherwise it can leave the time unreadable. The dimmed version of the face is also a little boring. Reset the dimmed face and spruce it up a bit and I'll rate 5 stars!

Manny Torres

Needs the date! If you can just add one more circle with the date it would be perfect or maybe make it part of the backgrounds with some subtle parallax effect.

Joseph Acosta

AM/PM confusion and elements don't move Looks nice on the 360, but it says PM when its AM and the circles don't move at all

Eric Gilligan

Moto360 If you haven't already heard, the watch face is entirely static on the moto360. Great concept, looking forward to the possibility of moto support.

Brandon Gaona

Great face! Really like this watch face, the motion following your wrist is so smooth! With that said, Is it possible to set the dim mode so that the circles with the numbers converge to a good spot on the screen, instead of the last place they were at before dim mode. I find when in dim mode they end up in really awkward places all over the screen based on where the accelerometer senses, and the watch looks screwy when people look at it.

Aliyu Abba

Unique! Looks nice after this update on dim. Lot of wasted space though, maybe add date.

Charlie Young

Nice looking... Static on the Moto 360. Build number LWX48T.

Wesley Thompson

Nice Please add battery percentage and then 5 stars.

Juan David Sánchez

Love it I love this face. I'm just having some problems sometimes when I move my hand and is that the circles don't move enough or they get overlapped between them. Having to wait some time to see my circles separate again.

Andrew Butler

Moto 360??. Loved this on Gear live, PLEASE update for 360

Michael Arnold

Love it one issue It moves has pretty color palettes thanks DEV... edit: now I see the AM PM problem the watch face days 11:24pm and it's California 11:24AM

mike cormier

Pretty cool,I like how it moves with movement of your arm.

Michael Kyriacou

Custom colours Would be great if we could customise colours.

D Powell

Moto 360 Looks groovy! Please add battery display!

Matthew Kitchker

No motion - moto 360 Really beautiful watch face. Only 3 stars as it isn't animated as described. Also, add a circle for the date and you'll get your 5 stars. Great work

Bianca Delaglio

Best yet I like how you can see the time easily even when you have notifications pending. The only things I would change is the am/pm bug, and have an option to add the date... Maybe even customize the color pallets ourselves.

joshua henry

Simple yet awesome The colors are nice. The movement of the colored circles is pretty cool based on wrist orientation. Great work.

Michael Santangelo

Beautiful design, no motion on Moto 360

Brandon Moon

Very fun Wish it had the date though.
