A free mobile app for girls participating in the Girl Scout Cookie Program through ABC Bakers. To use this app, Girl Scouts must have a valid username and password on COCO (ABC Bakers’ Cookie Command Center), available exclusively at

COCOmobile allows girls to sell Girl Scout Cookies and track sale progress right from their mobile device!

ABC Bakers is an original licensed baker of Girl Scout Cookies.

Needs work Downloaded and setup with excitement that it would be easier to place orders. Only problem is I place orders and nothing shows up in order list to edit or adds boxes to our totals. Needs some coding work to fix this problem.

would be great if I could log in downloaded the app to Android, i have my log in info from the computer and can get in just fine, but cant log in though the app it says i don't have the credentials to log in. please fix if possible. thanks will add more stars if the problem gets fixed, its frustrating to have to keep entering stuff and things not up and running properly.

when someone sent me an order from my ecard when someone sent me an order from my app from an ecard I sent from this app. it showed the first and last name of someone totally different that was emailed back to our customer stating this person would be contacting them regarding there order. the order shows up through the app by not online.

CoCo Mobile is terrible! Awful! Can't login, can't track anything. Garbage. Why roll it out if it functions so poorly. Nothing is better than something in this case. Why get everyone's hopes up like this?

Not user friendly I thought this would be a great way to have our friends and family from around the country place orders.... no not great. Instructions for use are not present. Customers can place an order but not pay through app invite. Shipping through coco direct is far too expensive, plus they have to buy so many!

Just stopped working Entered several mobile orders and it wouldn't update so I logged out. When I went to log back in, it kept stating I had the wrong credentials.

"Recognition" field does not update properly as levels are completed. COCOmobile correctly shows that she has sold 280 boxes. However, levels 100, 235 and 275 packages sold remain unchecked. Packages sold at 15, 50, 150, 190 and 200 are all recognized and checked as completed.

Unreliable It is almost impossible to reliably place orders on this app. 99% of the time, orders placed will show up on the dashboard, but WILL NOT show up on the "View Orders" screen or on the Order Summary. Almost always have to enter an order multiple times in order for the app to allow us to view it correctly. Contacted Tech Support about the issue and were told that our council would have to cancel any duplicate orders; were not offered an explanation, any help, or an apology for the app failing to work properly.

Not Working Well I finally figured out how to send an ecard, and it now won't let me. It says there's a server error. Also, it keeps saying I don't have an account setup, when I do. Both the app and website need some serious work.

Pointless App It's so frustrating when you enter an order you have to do the order first instead of the name first, you have to enter email too before moving on & the app freezes or kicks you out because it stops working. It would make sense to be able to add the gluten free as other if people have that. I DON'T recommend this so you DON'T waste your time!

Does not work There are several sections of this app that keep sending error messages. I had a lot of trouble signing in after I registered, ecards are not sending, no way to edit contacts, online ordering is not working with the app. I love the idea of this app but it needs more work.

Not up to date Downloaded this to show my girl scout moms, but nothing is up to date. I'm hoping that by the start of cookies everything is working. If not I will be deleting and not recommending.

Not working The site didnt update with the apps info. The emails say a different scouts name. So I logged out. Now Says invalid credentials. Which is not correct. Will give 5 star when fixed. Would also be nice if didn't have to enter an email address not everyone has one.

Needs work I like the idea of this app better than the execution of this app. 1)Kept getting an error of not being able to send ecard, but no explanation as to why. l had to attempt on PC to learn I had too many characters. 2) There's no way to post a link to ordering portal on social media. Instead of requiring buyers to enter an email; I wish girls had an id that could be shared/entered into an ordering portal. 4)CoCo Direct is available via this app. However, S&H prices are high, and order quantities are high.

Nebraska Nebraska just opened sales. The app still says our Council is not set up for COCOdirect. I'm just checking to see if it will be working before I tell my teens to download it. Some have been asking about an app since last year. COCOmobile is working fine, but direct is not. Thank you!

App was great LAST YEAR This year the app is very bad. Daughter took a order of cookies from me. I got email with different childs name and troop number sayibg thank you. When i clicked to say paid and delivered i got email with a totally different girls name and troop from the first one and my daughter. No credit for my child. Same as the emails i sent out 17, and no record of them this year in the system. Coco direct, family ordered cookies and no credit to my child. Very disappointed this year in the app.

Absolutely hate this ap! Why suggest an ap to use to track our girls orders that doesn't work! Keeps saying it can't validate my credentials. Desk top site is just as bad when I try and update my daughter's info there it boots me back to the sign in page. I hope that some serious changes are made if you want parents to continue to use!

Log in help For those having issues logging in, make sure you are using a girl scouts log-in. The leader user name will not work because you are not selling cookies. Worked for me!

Worked great then stopped This app worked great the first 2-4 times I use it, but now it crashes everyone I try and log in. I have two little girls in girl scouts and thought this would make keeping up with their goals easier. It's not easier if it's not working.

Meh... I love that I do not have to worry about keeping up with multiple order forms, but it keeps crashing and I have to uninstall and reinstall in order for the app to work again.

Expired invitation / wrong name Says invitation is expired when I sent the ecard . Didn't work :-( side note : invite email saying " _______ wants you to buy girl scout cookies " was not even my daughters name . Un installed . With all the "online selling hype" this is very disappointing

Is not reliable. Orders are missing. Other volunteers are having tons of issues. Desk top shows more orders then app. Same log in. I was not able to use last year due to only IOS. Will not use this year due to unreliable. I pumped my troop up to use and then later told them they may want to steer clear of using the app. We work too hard to get orders. Do not want to loose a single order! Needs some work on accuracy and then it will take a lot for me to recommend it use again.

Problems Needs a lot of work. Takes multiple attempts to put an order in. They don't show after confirming. They show not paid when they are marked as paid. Kinda a pain in the but. But hoping it gets fixed.

Can't do anything This app won't let me send ecards, or track my daughter's progress. It constantly resets itself. It's fun to play with, but don't expect it to remember what you entered.

Not showing order It's not showing orders so I'm assuming if it's not there even though the order was placed my daughter will not get her credit for the order!!!!! I see other comments that apparently this was a problem last year too. This should have been fixed by now...

Very disappointed Downloaded the app to track my daughter's sales & reach my family in another state. Ecards say sent but haven't shown up in anybody's email folders. Showed the sales I entered on the website & now nothing. Entered on app & those were gone 2 minutes later when I opened the app up again. After reading the reviews, can see this is not a new problem & should've been fixed already.

Poor Quality App Loaded this application to help track and increase sells. The application crashes, does not feature the correct pictures for the sales recognitions, and is not tracking orders properly. Girl Scout Council or the baking companies should have made sure this site was working properly before launching. This cookie sale is a million dollar operation and this website needs to be fixed ASAP!

App not working/won't even open I've had this app for almost a month in preparation for cookie season and keeping track of both my daughters' sales. However, it's useless! The app won't open on my phone. It worked for 1 day and now nothing! I've reported the issue several times and nothing has been done to fix this issue.

More hassle I keep thinking it may work, but it doesnt. It doesnt keep the totals correct. If u just want to enter a number for the day, it doesn't remember it as soon as you log out. Why bother saying we have an app, if the thing doesn't work? What's the point?

I can't send cocodirect invites to my friends afar so they could order straight to their house and pay the additional shipping. Very dissappointing!

Lots of kinks to work out It often won't register with the app when I have marked an item paid/ delivered and keeps the order open. It makes it more difficult to keep this chaotic cookie season organized and adds technology stress to cookie selling stress. Stick with hand written orders and save yourself the trouble.

App SUCKS!!! Big Time Awful!! The app doesn't update levels, recognitions achieved; half the time it doesn't sync with online CoCo. It still shows an order I filled, so I cancelled it on the app but it still shows it. I looked at the reviews, wish I had done it before I bothered to use it. This app is a complete piece of trash. My niece uses the other app, digi cookie with the older bakery and it works great. North Carolina Coastal Pines needs to ditch doing business with ABC bakeries and CoCo crap and go back to the original baker!! :(

Losing info I've had customers order and pay for their cookies on the app, then I go back to transfer orders to a sheet the orders are no longer there. This app need some serious bugs fixed. I don't like having people's money and don't know what they order. Nice concept but it needs a lot of work!

Will share your info with other people!!! I'm using this for my niece's girl scout cookies and it has been posting my order info on other people's accounts and vice versa. I literally had to call a girl scout mom in Kansas because she and other people kept changing my orders because my information was crossing with their information. I have received 12 emails (in one hour yesterday) with 12 different changes, all from different people. This app has not security and other people have been able to see my address, phone#, email add, full name, etc.

Nice app This app is nice, and would be great if it worked like it should. I have issues with it updating the orders I put in. Sometimes they will show, sometimes not. Sometimes the paid orders will show paid, and then next time shows them not paid...minor bugs I suppose, but irritating. I for sure can't use this as my only record of keeping track...

Can't seem to edit contacts! Started entering in last year's customers, and auto-correct did its thing before I noticed. There does not seem to be a way to edit the contact info. This would not be good! Please either fix this, or make how to edit more obvious. Thanks!

Still in Beta? My daughter and I are getting the same issue as others. The app won't validate login credentials even tho on the website we can login freely. But even the website took about a week for some not all of the features to work. Credit for online direct sales has yet to be given although I know of 3-4 orders that have been placed and paid for. I'm guessing this won't be fixed until the end of cookie season so hopefully by next year this app will be up to par.
