Universal Bluetooth trigger for any type of electrical equipment including lights, alarm systems, garage doors, vehicle alarms, lock and ignition systems. Bluetooth connection is encrypted and authenticated with a PIN code.
With the help of the Clicko Android application and the Clicko modules sold by VIACONT you can say goodbuy to fat buckets of keys and small key fob remote controls. You can just use your smartphone instead. You can go out, do some sports and don't care about the garage door remote control, the car key or how you would arm or disarm your house alarm.
The Clicko modules are tiny 50mmx24mm devices able to operate any electric equipment consuming up to 2.5kW of power.
Note: you cannot use this application without a properly installed Clicko Bluetooth Trigger module in your garage door, house alarm or car! You can get your Clicko device from http://viacont.de/clicko.html
Finally, NFC technology now onboard for NFC-enabled phones!
* Added support for triggering when tapping on a NFC tag
* Added support for storing trigger information on a NFC tag
* Minor bugfixes

Working As Expected - Updated I have set this up to open and close my garage door. Installation was extremely easy. Just provide power and connect two wires from the Clicko device to the garage door opener. Then configure the Clicko device, which is quite easy. My primary phone is a HTC EVO 4G LTE, the time that it takes to connect to the bluetooth device takes longer that I would like, but I think this has to do with the EVO. I also have the program installed on a LG Optimus Elite and the connection time seems to be somewhat faster (I am still testing). Overall this is a solid device that works well and is easy to setup. UPDATE 2/27/13 Connection time is significantly reduced with the new version! I also like the fact that the distance to the device now shows. Keep up the great work.
