Download Circuit Builder apk 1.2 free for Android smartphone
Apk file size: 13.0 MB
Circuit Builder is designed to be an introduction to constructing and operating electronic circuits. Intuitive controls and layout make Circuit Builder the perfect App for understanding the basics of electrical and electronic circuits. Circuit Builder has been optimised for use on tablets, but also works well on large screen smart phones.
Build your own virtual circuits using any combination of electrical components.
The easy to use library of components includes batteries, switches, lamps, resistors (fixed and variable), capacitors, fuses, circuit breakers, buzzers, heaters and motors. Connect components using virtual wires to make a circuit. Put the App into operate mode to see it work. You can even use virtual multimeters to measure voltage, current and resistance.
Circuits can be viewed and built in either component or schematic view.
The component library contains the following items:
1.5V, 6V, 9V and 12V
Push-to-make, Push-to-break, On-Off, 2-position single-pole, 3-position single-pole,
3-position double-pole, Thermal and Relay
6V (5W) clear, 12V (10W) clear, 12V (20W) clear, 12V (20W) red, 12V (20W) yellow and 12V (20W) blue
10Ω (5W), 50Ω (5W), 100Ω (5W), 500Ω (5W), 1kΩ (5W), 5kΩ (5W) and 10kΩ (5W)
10Ω, 25Ω, 50Ω, 100Ω, 1kΩ and 10kΩ
500μF, 1mF, 5mF, 50mF, 100mF, 500mF and 1F
0.5A, 1A, 1.5A, 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A, 7.5A and 10A
0.5A, 1A, 5A and 10A
6V Buzzer, 24V Heater (200W) and a 12V Motor (15W)
*Maximum of four batteries and one capacitor per construction.
Now fully compatible with Android KitKat (4.4).
LJ Create Ltd part of our Education and have average installs from 1000 to 5000. Last Update March 21, 2014. Google play rating is 74.6286. Current verison is 1.2. Actual size 13.0 MB.
Room For Improvement I like this app alot, it's googd for simulating small circuts. But i would like it more if you were able to add more than one capacitor because i feel abit limited. But its still a great app, great for blowing components up
Pretty impressed I am taking the automotive service and repair course and would consider myself to be a novice at best. But it would be extremely nice to have a 12V relay and or more 6V bulb options. Having a 6V relay really limits the uses in a 12V circuit. Please update this app as it has huge potential with just a few more components. Thanks and good luck.
Good but not worth it If this was free I would not complain but as u pay it sucks. Only very basic components same as voltage sources. A lot of electrical theory is not used such should not need resistor as h wire batteries in parelel to up amperage don't need a resistor as wiring in parelel for batteries
Great Need to add solar panels and photo-switches, one way diodes
Great app Please add more components...than you!
Custom Components please If possible, please add the ability to create custom Components. Thank you.
Needs blocking diodes and one way components like iso caps
Mark Dermendzin Learning is the best. I hope i can understand this.
Not bad :) Good app. No bugs or crashes. Quite easy to use, although would be better with a tablet. Would DEFINITELY benefit from having more components and maybe pre-built circuits (entry-level Elec Eng student here so I could learn a lot from that) Also, online tutorials would be nice. Overall, it's worth £5. Good job.
Great circuit simulator I like the animation of the circuit, the easy to use interface and well explanatory user guide. But it lacks enough components. Components that would be nice to have are ac power source, function generator, diode, transformer, semiconductor, inductor and maybe 555 IC. And why have 5 different values of resistors when you can have the user enter the value of a needed resistor. Also with tolerance so the actual value is unknown. Until measured.
NEED Help The layout is good but the circuit do sent work
Maybe its just me..... I'm trying to add two 12 volt batteries in parallel to simulate a dual battery system for a car / boat but each time I go to activate the system it short circuit's my batteries and the little leads jump off the terminals f the batteries. I'm pretty sure I'm connecting it right. Is the app able to accommodate a dual battery setup. Other than this its a great little tool for little projects.
Almost Could use more resources
Cute Needs transistors and ICs
Overall, good for what it is For what it is works great, I have had no problems with it. Would like to see more options for components in future, only suggestion.
Nice simulator Developer has to think for big integrated circuit.
Totally unuseful app Because of Market error my money gone to the developers. But this app isn't interesting.
Physically incorrect!! I downloaded this app to have a bit fun. I expected some basic physics in this simulator... In real live, If you put a lamp and a capacitor in series to a dc source the lamp is lightning and fades out because the capacitor is charging so the current gets lower and lower.. In this app, the lamp isn't lightling at all if the capacitor is in series to it. I've decided to refund that app.. Waste of money!!!
Very well done! I like this app because it is very easy to use and the graphics are nicely made. Effects and sounds are a pleasant addition. For example, the lamp blows up if you put a higher voltage than it can take. It is perfect for a beginner in circuit building. Build with no worries and no mess. It works well on Note Edge.
Needs more I know it's a basic learning tool. However, I'm in my 3rd year of electronics and there are SO many cool things you can add. Like AC sources, transistors, diodes and inductors. Please add these and I would definitely pay more to get those upgrades.
Room for improvement Nice. But would be better if there were more components I.e. intergrated circuits and LED's.
Awesome So awesome, you can even make the lights blink like Christmas lights and there are capacitors and resistors and it's great for people who are interested in electronics
Need update Do it to can build bigger circuit (bigger baseplate)
Reading the comments I agree with most people, it needs more components like diodes etc.
Well i payed for it It's missing so stuff to electronic components to build stuff am I pay for this ???? Where all the other components
Limited Has potentual, good for basics, needs IC's will revisit if more componets are added at the moment not worth it.
Nice layout 1 problem Love the app but one bug I find is the 12v battery doesn't work so I need to hook up the 6v battery's in parallel
Nice It's a good app but, I believe it should have more parts and that you can put more than one capacitor. Other than that it a good app; in other words I consider it very simple, mostly because of the price for the app.
Nice App . pls Put more Item Amount, ...... like Battery, and Make A simulated solar panel
Not enough customisation Too bad if you want to design a circuit made of componenents that aren't in this app. Eg, a simple LED lighting circuit can't be modelled unless your light matches one of the ones available in the app.
Pointless So you have very limmited componants and a nightmare to try and use on a phone
Bad nav Cant see where to put connections, need more stuff to connect
