Not bad but could be better I manage several different boxes for different clients. The main thing this program lacks is the ability to change system numbers.

Makes my work day a lot better This is by far the best way to open and manage cases with ADP. I would like to see one for my tablet, although this works perfectly on my Note 3. Edit: It would be great if you could allow pdf files as attachments from the app. I'm having to screen capture some documents before attaching them to my case. Not a big deal if it's just one page, but some of the laser contracts can be 5 or 6 pages. Edit 5/17: Verizon update to 4.4 Kitkat solved my crash issue.

Useless I've tried 2 different mobile apps for ADP. One I either can't login to or isn't compatible with my device, yet I'm still able to install it?!? Yeah, not sure what that's about. Have better luck and access to what I need when it actually works on website!

This app has some bugs that need to be addressed immediately I have waited a LONG time for ADP to come out with an app for Service Connect and it definitely makes it easier to manage my cases but... I am using this app on my Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 and my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. When you get a notification about a case update the notification will not open the app but even worse is that the notification sound will not shut off until you reboot the device and there are NO SETTINGS in the app to adjust notifications. This is happening on both of my devices - neither are rooted, etc., just stock. Having to reboot your device to turn off a notification that you cannot even adjust settings for is poor app design - please fix ASAP. And yes, I have tried clearing cache, settings, uninstall-reinstall, etc. on both devices to no avail.

Doesn't really work... Both on Android and iOS I get strange blank menus and cannot manually type my selections for the type of case. The few times I got it to work (several updates ago) it completely crashes when attempting to take or attach a picture. And now the desktop client Service Connect has been broken for days, so I have to call and hold for 30 minutes for support... can we trade CDK back in for ADP?

Can't use it Windows are all blank, including menus. Can only see alerts.

It would be even better if you could give us a chat option from the mobile app. Seems like it's almost impossible to get support on the phone any more and CDK is pushing for everyone to open a chat session. So, why not give us the option from the mobile app? Edit: fast response from dev team. Thanks for the feedback, definitely a 5 star app.
