Fresh look Long awaited UI refresh, great job but there are still some things that should be looked at. Remove the full screen (immersive) feature so that users can view the notification bar for their OTP and also while inputting the OTP into the app, I suggest that the keyboard is locked to numerics instead of QWERTY.

Can't put amount for fund transfer I called stand chart and it took 1 month of follow up before they admitted a bug that didn't allow amounts to be keyed in when you do a fund transfer. It will work, however, if you disable "predictive text" under settings > keyboard. They were trying to push the blame to the customer. E.g. asking if my app was updated (but you can't use the app if you its not updated), they couldn't troubleshoot if they couldn't see my screen (but the app disables screenshot). Hope someone senior sees this and do smth

StanChart doesn't care. Well apparently while other banks are upgrading their Online & Mobile banking UI, StanChart seems to have abandoned their mobile apps and caused users to be faced with old UI that's not intuitive and constantly having errors. I expect better. If not, bye StanChart.

Pity no link to online trading It would be useful to do online trading too. Especially when the main online trading function on the SCB website is also extremely unstable. This instability might be the reason why their trading fees is one of the lowest. It's called compromise.

Why is the credit card payment not able to put in cents? Used to work. But new update causes paying of other credit card to be only in dollars. Eg. Can only pay $101, not $100.23

Improved significantly! Has improved A LOT from the previous version that i reviewed. Much faster, lots more feature and has the function to contact cust service. Some recommended improvements will be the autofill OTP like what MySingtel app has, mobile stock trading and integration with Dash. PREVIOUS FEEDBACK: slow, display layout very bad, have a 5" screen but have to strain my eyes to see the words because buttons and fonts are two small while most of the app are blank spaces. Also atm5 branches info are obsolete.

SME Login is not allowed What's more frustrating is that the bank's website defaults to Breeze when I try to login, even when I set it to Request Desktop Site. Now I'm no longer able to do online banking on my mobile phone.

Was a good app but Used to use this app to pay bills or transfer amount. But you only allow numbers and no decimal point. How do you pay a bill with no decimal point? Now have to use other bank app. Let me know when you fix it else I won't be using this app.

Credit Card Transaction Details For credit card transaction details, users would like to have a glance of the exchanged SGD reflected for overseas usage. However, the app and even mobile site don't even have this info shown. The apps is too simple without any additional function/information.

Cannot key in amount It being like very long.. called the hotline and ask about it but until now still not done.. and the advise is ask us to uninstall and install the app again. But problem not solve on the amount which we cannot input. Xposed & RootCloak Dick move making this refuse to run if root is detected. Fortunately installing the Xposed framework and the RootCloak module allows you to hide root from the Breeze app and make it work on rooted devices again.

Enquiry mode It's nice that fingerprint access is allowed now for selected phones. Just that the 2FA is still required immediately, which defeats the purpose of quick + convenience. A enquiry mode from the fingerprint login would be better, and require 2FA for transactions.

A banking app that needs an upgrade StanChart was at the forefront when they introduced Breeze. Now they've just added a fingerprint login and a new login screen while the UI remains all the same. While the UI is simple and easy to navigate and use, the lack of interactive features makes it look all old and dated. Time for an upgrade, but for the better please. I will have no complains thereafter.
