Pointless Although this app lists of a few ideas for food you should eat on a bodybuilding diet it isn't personalised to individual weight or body type, it has no interaction and once you have read the one suggested meal plan that is it really! You can find much better info from Google search!!

Good Advice The body can only absorb 50 grams of protein every four hours. The body first uses protein for vitals and only what remains or is extra, is then used for muscle. This means you must surpass the fda requirements and calculate your body weight to see,what your baseline needs are. Or just do 2 to 4 grams per a kg of your body weight. It has to be spread out as this diet recommends.
