Solid tool, limited functionality Works well for very basic find/view/read of BLE devices. At time of writing this, does NOT support notifications and does not fill in a lot of SIG standard names for characteristics/services. Those two things make it limited use in debug otherwise would have given it 5.

Thomas Ruecker

Very simple, but exactly what I was looking for! Wanted to verify that BLE works on my Nexus 4 and can see my TI sensor tag and my Metawatch. Did exactly that, not more. ;)

Jens Kjærby Frandsen

You could at least have done a bit more than just publishing Googles ble example without any modification but the icon

Matt Lovett

Works well Good tool, RSSI would make it great.

Marc Vorderman

Thanks for the effort! Thanks for the effort! works on my new Nexus 4... now waiting for Endomondo to support my MioAlpha watch

Aditya Bhutada

Good job Just what I wanted to verify BLE functionality.

Peter Borenstein

Lacking essential functionality You cannot write values/characteristics with this app. All characteristics are listed as "unknown" except the standard characteristics like manufacturer or firmware revision

Jim Buzbee

Thanks! Just wanted to see if I was really seeing BLE devices - Apparently I am!

Cory Roy

Works great, but it's just the sample app from the SDK Scanned and connected to my Bluetooth LE peripheral as promised. I like how it shows all the info about the profile of the device. Useful for someone who has no ability to build android samples, but certainly the author could have tried to add a bit to what Google already wrote.

Mark Lakata

Rip off? Seems to be a ripoff of the TI Sensor Node app. Or is the TI app a ripoff of this?

Jason Heron

Excellent. Proves the Nexus 7 can see BLE devices. Great start!

Anuradha namal

Would have done something You changed the icon and published the Google le sample.

Ivan Brewis

Yes works on Nexus 4

Bryan Ho

Just change the name of the BLE sample. Rubbish app. Only changing the name of BLE sample in API18

Mark Caswell-Daniels

no joy tried it on nexus 4, it didnt find the beacon next to it, uninstalled.
