Won't open Will not open on my Samsung galaxy s7.

garbage app there app doesn't even open on my Samsung Galaxy 6. I got a coupon by email wanted to just use the app to save from printing. but I had other problems with my 1st purchase was taken care of but only after I complained and yelled and finally the store manager fixed to my satisfaction.
