pretty much useless app This app is only good to show you what your data balance is and to top up. However, I find that AXXESS keeps on resetting my client control panel password, effectively locking me out. They don't man their call lines/email desks so it sometimes takes me days to top up if I've run out. The system if flawed and I'm looking for a provider that wants to take my money.

Works really well It only serves one function: to let you know how much of your cap is remaining. It performs that function quickly and accurately.

Not usable This application need alot of work..it shows notifications on all pages and you cannot interact with it. I havd not tried usong the new service fuction as I am afraid that it is not safe. Further more did I expect some greetings message.

Could be better Biggest issue is the lack of specific data usage on capped accounts. Makes it vague and rather pointless.

Works fine, add support Works fine and can see my products, a bit more functionality would be great. Examples, 1. My ADSL line goes down, I could simply open the app and open a support ticket or 2. Manage my payment options directly from the app. etc...

Nice features The only snag is the phone back button kills the app. Should be mapped to the in-app back button. Otherwise a nice app. Sgs3

Getting better Interface is getting better, but reset connection causes force close on my Xperia Z and Nexus 7 and I don't see the check my line feature anywhere?

Good idea. Vrot execution. The app doesn't get regular updates. It force closes whenever I try resetting connection. Not many features either. Real time network speeds, usage and speed test would be awesome. Will change my rating once fixed.

Could be so much better. I love Axxess as an ISP. Their service is great. I almost never had issues with them, but they should surly have a look at their app. Usage could be displayed better. Sync is also out with Internet data. I would love an update on this.

Package file not signed correctly Is this a bogus update? This is the first time I have had such a message on installing ever. Why spoil the perfect track record of Axxess? How can I trust requesting recharge my account with an app that is not trusted, signed properly? Come on! Features promised needed!

Purpose? I left a review a long time ago and asked what the purpose of the app is. I reinstalled it to see if had improved. It did not.

Useless app What's the point of this? The user has none of the tools available on the actual cpanel website. The only thing the app does is show your services, not the amounts outstanding, nothing but the name of the service. To make matters worse, it doesn't even show all my services.

App needs some TLC. It would be nice if the app displayed a bit more info to make it a viable alternative to the web CCP. Bug: App cannot be closed on Galaxy S3, have to manually kill the task.

Good tool Works well in monitoring my line and resetting the port if there are issues. Also using to track tickets. Axxess is by far the best ISP I've dealt with, and I tried a few. Their customer service is always spot on and they give great tech support.

Update Ruined App All the best functionality removed and app made pointless. Can still buy top-up data, but no longer able to report faults. Hooray.

Not happy with the updated app Unable to view adsl usage stats and detailed info about 3g data as before. Still has a top up option, 'fix my line' ability, ticketing system which I normally use. All in all interface is different with lesser visibility of my products and added feature to remove notifications.

A few issues 1.When mobile data is depleted the scroll bar shows full dark orange. 2. The "view more" button is irritating. Why not just scroll? Especially when returning and wanting to move down one - you are back at the top and having to "view more" to get back down to where you last drilled in...

dead in the water was a great app. ever since the new styling and functionality changes it's a waste. doesn't even show my correct services. cache is not even cleared after a change is made. poor development.

Not optimised for high resolution displays Everything is massive, I have to scroll down just to see everything. More packages can be shown on screen at a time.

Mobile website far better!! You do not have option to recreate port when the app reckons the line is fine. Not extremely useful otherwise.

I like it I took out your card from my Samsung phone where it was working perfectly and put it into my other phone (Huawei) and it didn't want to work it. Please explain why l can't use card on different phones.

Great functionally - Poor UI The app does everything it should, but Axxess should really update the app with a material interface, complete with a Material splash screen, colored status bars, more animations, etc.

Times Out Everytime Whenever I upgrade or downgrade my package, it times out. Have to go on to the browser to do this. Not very useful.

Blank screen My app hasnt worked for a while, even after 2 updates installed. The menu icon is there at the top left corner, I can open it, when I select anything on it, the menu closes, as it should, but the screen just remains blank. So theres nothing. I havnt been able to use this app for more than 2 months.
