I want the old app back After the initial load, haven't been able to get it to come back up. It just sits and thinks FOREVER. Loaded it in C7 and that is what it still shows. I am in C10. :(

Needs improvement too slow, it is supposed to help us, not slow us down I tried to enter customer info, it asked for email as mandatory info or it won't save the info. Too bad not all my customers have an email, and if they do they won't give it away for adds. tracking number is not available and doesn't connect to ups. I can't add new customer from the start new order screen. I have to go out to the customer list to do that. The old app was much easier and more user friendly. Crashes! After I log in it shuts down. I've tried several times, but the same thing. I can't use this at all! 04/26/15- I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it loaded, but crashed often and is VERY slow. It doesn't update the latest brochures, but I get push notifications saying it is. When I dismiss the notification, I later get the same notification again which is quite annoying. Also when looking at the deal of the day, the photo is much too small to see any detail. Please fix the bugs!


Freezes or never loads This app sucks!?? it always freezes on me or just stop working all together. This app has worked only once correctly since I had it. I'm definitely uninstalling ? I'm better off just logging into the site on my phone when I'm on the go.

Won't load - freezes every time The old app did less but was functional. Why is the new one so non-functional? Very frustrating. I want the old one back! It's been exactly one month since I deleted the old one and downloaded the new app. This one freezes or even crashes every time I try it. Usually it won't even finish loading. I'm uninstalling it now and hope that a very different and more functional app is in the works!

Poor business design and functionality If the app consistently crashes when you are trying to open it how is it convenient to the customer or the representative? I would be embarrassed to represent Avon and use this tool. Give me a brochure, pen and paper. It may be tedious but it works! As for the design it seems too blah. You cannot check invoices. I have had balances pop up that have been paid. Messages reappear after deleting. The representative cannot browse the What's New brochure. There are many limitations to this app.

Mostly works, but have to delete/reinstall app biweekly to get new brochure I love this app, I can do almost everything I need to on it. However, the most important feature that I like to use is flawed. If you click the "brochure" button it shows you the most current 15 brochures. Every other Friday, the app is supposed to update the newest (current) brochure. This does NOT happen. In order to get the newest brochure I must actually UNINSTALL THE ENTIRE APP FROM MY PHONE, THEN REINSTALL IT AND GO THROUGH THE SET UP PROCESS AGAIN. This is incredibly annoying. Please fix this bug

I want my old app back ! Instructions said to unistall old app before installing this one. This one worked first time used, now freezes every time I open it - not just the app, it freezes my entire tablet ! Now I can't find the old one ! ! ! Where can I go to get the old app back :o I spent another useless time of trying to load this app - was unable to enter a new customer and a $70 order ! Had to wait til I got home and use my computer :/

Why bother? It takes so long to load up, that's if it even bothers to load up. They is always some type of error. It definitely does not make my life easier. Would be great if I ever got the chance to actually use it.


This app always freezes... I haven't been able to use it in a week... I'm better off just googling the Avon rep site than trying to get this app to work... And after multiple attempts to get the developer to fix... I still have yet to get a response to my emails.... Worst app ever. If they can get it fixed were the app actually functions I'll download it again. But for now Its uninstalled

AWFUL APP It is about as user friendly as their crap representative website. It is WAY too confusing, I can't seem to pay even after I set up my Quickpay. I can't purchase (or locate) any items that aren't in a current campaign. Just crap... whoever their web developer is is getting paid for doing a half way job, both desktop and mobile. The only website that is worth a darn in the customer website.

Too long to load After waiting and seeing "This may take a few minutes" for the second time during the same session, I quit and went back to the old app. This one takes entirely too long to load. Also, I'd like to see some pricing information. Order entry process is a bit confusing, but I can see where it's going, and I think it'll be great once it's complete.

Could be soooo much better!!! From a representative view point this app is very disappointing it is so basic and it's practically useless, orders don't add on to my existing orders, I can't view sales brochures, or look at prices and that's just to start!! I find myself just using the main website through my phone which is difficult and takes ages but at least it's correct... personally unless I'm browsing the brochure for details of a product this is completely useless app!!!

Great until recently. This app has been crashing so consistently that my phone keeps recommending that I uninstall it. Until about 2 weeks ago, the app worked flawlessly and was very convenient to use. Now, I'm unable to view brochures because every time I try to download one, the app crashes. Please fix this!

Unable to place orders I have downloaded the application because I wanted to get into business easier. However, this app won't allow me to update my shipping address, which should be available on my country (Philippines). The application can place an order, however it does not show the recent transaction few days ago. There's always an error occured and the app crashes for a week now. Old brochures I uninstalled as it only had very old brochures on it. Reinstalled and although it had a slightly new brochure on it, it is way out of date!

Please fix I enjoyed using the app for the two times that it opened. I could place my order with ease. Now the app refuses to open, it's permanently loading 6 of 14 and uses up all if my data. Would be nice if the app could be fixed to give updates on time as well. I received a notification to say my cargo is shipped 6 days after I received it. I don't want to delete the app as it would make life easier of would work.

If it was fully functional I would give it 5☆ *note- cant use it for anything now 4/11/16* For such a large company with over $10 billion in annual revenue it seems we cant get a mobile app that works 100%. Sometimes it semi works, sometimes it doesnt work at all. Very frustrating. If the app did what it said it would be very useful and awesome. I mostly use it for the deal of the day only. As a new rep in 2015 I had much higher expectations for what would seem to be a basic app. I do not recommended downloading unless you enjoy being frustrated.

Will not login Downloaded and tried to login but said incorrect user name and password. Okay, asked for new password and still won't allow login. It used to be a five star Now, the daily deals don't sync/show up. We're on campaign 9 for at least a week, but campaign 8 is the last shown. I deleted another app in place of this, now I'll go back.

Does not update Brochures, current orders, and deals do not update. I can use this to place an order, if I have item numbers. But using the mobile site is more reliable than using the app. You cannot see your available orders, current deals, or use this app as it was intended.

Brochures I find this app very useful but i hate that they cant fix the brochure section last two campaigns it was on the same campaign and now they ate still missing the newest ones

Trouble login I'm not able to log in to my app I've set up password and pin. It worked once with pin now it doesn't show it and just asks for password which doesn't do anything

Trouble loading After I've entered my pin, it says "please wait, loading 6 of 14" and thats how it stays. It doesn't load past "6 of 14"

Um... where are the catalogs? There's no campaign brochures. Only an outlet and the Living magazine. What's the point? Would actually be a good selling tool if it actually worked like it's supposed to. Avon, seriously? Fix the app? You do read the reviews and work from them right? Or do you just not even read them? We need good apps to help us sell. Get it together!

Ridiculous! You can't open the app, to browse, without creating an account. Avon, is not high end makeup. Not interested in creating anymore accounts, just to look!

It's ok This app could be brilliant if all the glitches got sorted out and more functionality was available for reps and customers. I do use it for some things but finalise everything on the website. Would be great to have the clearance catalogues included too.

Problems The new brochures only load if I reinstall the app. I couldn't order what I wanted from the last brochure, as the product code wasn't recognised. Pointless app at the moment.

Stop the notifications! Doesn't show clearance/sale books which would be nice. I am getting messages and notifications every ten minutes to say my order has been accepted. Pretty annoying!

I have no end of trouble with this app. Takes an age to load, doesn't show you how much your order is before you submit. Now it is telling me that all my entries are invalid. Clearly Avon doesn't want our business!

No Current Brochure Didn't know that by downloading I'd be downloading just this one brochure. Had to get a physical copy for Brochure 8. Guess this is just another money making app 0 care about loyal Avon customers and representatives.

It's stupid The app doesn't sync with my Avon account and I can only view my downloaded brochures from within the app. I can't share the downloaded brochures as an attached file with customers on social media or show it to customers when I don't have network coverage because it's not downloaded to my device as a file. An absolute waste!!

No end o f trouble with this app. Will only load the the current and previous catalogues available at the time it is installed. Everytime a new catalogue comes out I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it to get the new catalogue.

Not for customers Apparently this is a representative only app as you have to an account number instead of an email and therefore cannot log in. And so for someone like me who does alot of shopping by tablet not desktop I cannot order so AVON will lose customers over this
