lost Pro again? I noticed notifications were not showing so I went to Apex settings and noticed Pro wasnt working? So I lost Pro? I reinstalled it and still wont give me the pro features. Its still happening. Sometimes the pro features are disabled then I reboot the phone or restart apex launcher and they turn up. FIX!

Brian Scofield

Good but not the best. Used to be my sole launcher but I switched launchers due to lack of more useful, new features that most others have. Needs updates to catch up to the new and better launchers out now.

Eleanor Lim

Great Launcher ! Easy to configure and it works.. still works in Lollipop 5.. a small delay during screen refresh but all is stable so far.

Travis Calderwood

Dishonest Loved this launcher. I had used it through three different devices. Could not have given my money quick enough to get the pro version, but I will not use it anymore. Pro version STILL has the adware/malware... All you did was hide it from the app drawer not remove it. DEV cannot be trusted now. Moving on to another launcher.

W. Ry Reed

Feature Request Great launcher. Love how I can change app names and icons to any png I want without having to use a theme. Will gladly rate 5 stars if a feature to "kill current app" is added to button actions and/or gestures.

ian hall

Again really Please don't try it again with this are you feeling lucky nonsense. Remove in update or I will go back to nova launcher I do not want this I have paid for the pro version.

Duane Johnson

I am digging APEX (on Galaxy S4) After years of ADW Ex, I just recently decided to change to a modern launcher that stays updated and has many cool options! Two of my favs are the ability to import from other launchers and the endles amount of themes. Two things that are missing in my opinion; 1. The ability to lock apps with a pin code (to keep pics, videos, and other sensitve files safe), 2. More app drawer options, like Verticle 4D. But this is the one! 5 stars if I ever see "pin #" implemented!

A Google User

WHAT!? Apex pro is still packed with "feeling lucky" adware. Would rate 0/5 if possible. Dev. Said adware had been removed, but, really, it's only hidden and remains.

Peter Dean

Remove "im feeling lucky" app Great launcher let down by the random im feeling lucky app remove it or i want a refund, the whole point of a paid app is so you dont get adverts shoved in your face, now youve added an app that does exactly that, not happy, 5* if removed

Jessica Turnbaugh

Best launcher. I tried various launchers before deciding which one I would buy the pro version of, Apex is by far the smoothest and my favorite! My favorite thing about its versatility. I am not limited to just Apex features.

Christine Aflak

Terrible Bought it so I could create folders, but they just look terrible. Some icons are bigger than others, takes a few seconds to open the folder and is glitchy in doing so, freezes constantly. The free version works miles better. I want a refund!

Oliver Rennie

Shaking my head vigorously ...with disappointment. The first update this app/launcher has received in bountiful number of months integrates ADWARE (pro version included) and ZERO bugfixes or improvements (in spite of needing plenty). This most recent disappointment is just another in an ever-growing chain of them associated with this app. It's particularly shameful and enough to warrant indefinite retirement of use. I'll be switching to another launcher immanently. Good riddance.

Richard Avery

Good but now slows my phone... Great application until Lollipop was installed. I'm hoping it gets fixed soon. Lots of crashes and definitely slowly phone down. It was way way better before Lollipop...

Scottzero Nost

Not getting pro features not feeling lucky! Feeling lucky won't go away and I have pro. Screw You. Spamming my app tray and home screen is bullshit. Uninstall forever. Use GOOGLE NOW LAUNCHER its better anyway.

Ryan Montgomery

App can't be removed from folder, always first (can't be sorted) I added an app to a folder in my drawer today, and then tried to change the order. I can rearrange the other apps, but this app is always first, no matter where it is on the sorting screen. I tried taking it out if the folder, but even though it stays unchecked in the list when I exit and come back, it still appears in the folder instead of the drawer.

Mark Zaporteza

Swipe down gesture I'll give it 5 stars if the devs fix swipe down gesture set for notification. It's currently not doing anything on my Note 4 with 5.0.1

Dale Howard

Used to be the best launcher. Now just ok. Apex used to be smooth and seemless. I liked the free version so much that I decided to support the developer by purchasing the Pro version. In the past I rated 5 stars. Reduced to 3 stars because lately it is freezing, crashes, and tons of lag.

Aiman Abdul Wahab

The Best I have tried and paid few of the top launchers reviewed. This is by far the best, highly customizable, fast and extremely suitable for geeks like myself who is not easy to please (and easily get bored with the look and feel of a GUI)

Tom Thompson

Pretty good, and by far the best Lacks a couple of key features, that I would love to see. Add functiom to select multiple apps to add to home screen, not just one at a time. Add function to select a different wallpaper for each screen. Add function to auto hide the dock & notification(status) bar after making a selection from either.

Karie Roper

Phone Restarts I have a Samsung Note 3 and have used this launcher for years and loved it. Since the 4.4.4 update I have been having trouble with my phone. It will be fully charged then it completely shuts down and restarts. It goes from 90% or more to 1%. Went to Sprint and tech said that as far as he can diagnose the problem is that Apex is not up to date to run on 4.4.4. I wonder if anyone else has been having problems like this. Apex team? I don't want to use TW launcher but sick of the restarts.

Bri Conn

Best thing about an Android phone I have been using apex pro for quite a few years now and simply love it. It is intuitive, easy to set up and even easier to use. There are so many different functionalities and tweaks that you can do to customize it to your interest that there is no reason not to use it. I often hear of people complaining about Touchwiz for HTC's UI, etc but with this launcher used as your launcher, there's no reason to complain about any of those. This is a nice quick and easy replacement for all of those.

Mirko Zuna

Greatest launcher! I am very happy with it cause I like my phone to be as I wanted in all aspects and that's what apex allow me to do! Great, keep good work guys!

ADAM HAY

It's very good I'm sure it will work for me,must be some kind of glitch,I'm sure it will activate itself soon.

Dave McKeown

Tricked into paying for Adware Very disappointed as a long time paid user of the pro version to see that the latest update is bundling Adware, specifically the Feeling Lucky application. Will be uninstalling this launcher and going back to either the Google Now launcher or Yahoo Aviate. Will watch for updates where this junk is removed, but as a paid user of the pro version the developer has broken the trust and I may not come back

John Walker

Greedy Dishonesty If you buy this app, you will STILL have crapware forced on you. They put a shortcut to "Feeling Lucky" Ad/Bloatware right onto my home screen. Going back to trustworthy Nova, which, importantly, will import Alex's layout.

joseph leicht

Feeling lucky? Had this icon/button added in in the most recent version. I have pro, you guys shouldn't be sneaking in adware / bloat!

steve trebotich

feeling lucky? what is this crap? and can't get rid of it? even worse. i am so disappointed in the developer, thought they were better than this.

Anton G

It was great But now it constantly crashes and bugs out, becomes unresponsive and very annoying on my Z3. Fix please?

Lance K

Stopped working With recent update about a third of my apps give me an 'apex launcher has stopped working' when i click ok i continue to the app no problem and nothing has to restart.

Slavisa Petkovic

Little bug The launcher is very best. Today I have notices a little bug. I have two drawer screens and on a second screen there was only one app. When I uninstaled that app, the second drawer screen was removed, as it should but all icons from the first drawer screen was disapeared. I am trying with back to home screen and again open the drawer but it is the same. All icons are gone. Now I will restart the Apex launcher.

Tigerue Alexander

Wallpaper issues Would be nice if the wall paper stayed in position after screen transitions or when I power my phone on to the home screen. Higher rating if that gets fixed. Using a galaxy note 2. On a good note, this is one of the best launchers both for professional and recreational use. Sizing and placement are on point for whatever look desired. Runs very smooth with screen transitions and overall functionality. Great new look too. Galaxy note 2

Bennett Todd

Perfectly smooth transition from the free app Very clean, and recovers launcher functionality that the n5 discarded in favour of more ways to reach Google search aka Now. Swipe up is enough for me. Love the scrollable dock, adjustable number of icons on desktop, and simple clean feel. Still great on lollipop.

Leslie O'Connor

OKAY, but could be better You would think there would be a better folder system for the app drawer. App drawer folders are the whole reason I upgraded. It is a hassle to organize folders and place apps in the folders. Rather than a click and drag system, you have to edit each folder individually. It is quite tedious. Not to mention you can't even change the icons for the folders. I'm a bit underwhelmed by the upgrade in general.

Amber Jo Carwile

Great layout, but... I loved the layout and options of the basic launcher, so I bought the pro version to have more options. Now, I can't even use it 90% of the time because it keeps freezing and crashing. I'm deleting these apps now, but I'm disappointed because it was a complete waste of money.

Ben Lutgens

The Failure of Apex Launcher My only wish would be that applying a theme would also apply the icons/wallpaper/skin to the touchwiz launcher. Either that or you guys should write a launcher replacement for touchwiz hobbled devices. Preferably one that utterly fails to suck as much as Apex Launcher fails to suck. Because Apex launcher does fail at one thing and one thing only, sucking.

Wekita Tony

Best launcher Tried a few others including next and go. They have nothing on this. The user has full control over the custom settings. Awesome settings, cool effects, and doesn't lag the system like the others do. One complaint: sometimes, when I open an icon folder, all the icons will be missing so I close it and reopen and they return. Might want to check into that. ( full version user here ) DEFINITELY worth buying. So I did... ?

Tenshi Hara

You should pay for it Got Apex after GoLauncher once again made their best effort to make users angry and change launchers. Apex with paid functions is a more than worthy replacement. In fact, the functions and gestures are superior to GoLauncher. Keep up the good work.

Daniel Seymour

Smooth, and.... so much to change with little time! I'm not going to get into it at all just know that it's my first choice for a custom launcher. Only one thing that needs a bit of work "Butter-fade". That's right it looses its smoothness over time, but it's usually fixed by a cache clean.

Cameron Wiegand

Best Launcher Out There So, I've used Apex for a while, and I figured I'd finally review it. I'm a very experimental person. I like to tinker with things, and that includes my Android and its interface. The problem is that many stock launchers, such as TouchWiz, don't allow for the amount of customization I desire, even though they're great for beginners. Then I encountered Apex. Even though I've tried other launchers, I always end up coming back. Thanks for a solid launcher. ^_^

Abdulrahman R

Double tap very good and smooth overall. double tap action is not useful for LG G3 users cos I can't lock my phone with double tap anymore have you thought of that!

Vladimir Domovoi

issue sometimes folders in app menu open in bacckground- untouchable and translucent

Iwan Nikonov

I bought the Pro version, not in order to get a "Feeling Lucky" I bought the Pro version, not in order to get a "Feeling Lucky"

Андрей АМ

I'm pro version user and I absolutely dislike idea with "feeling lucky".

Dennis A

Spam apps installed! Spam app is installed even with the paid Pro version and no possibilty to uninstall or disable it! Ridiculous!!!

Saif Rehman

No textra support, no app search I would like a refund of this app. It does not work with textra notification badges and there is no search bar in the app drawer. Two features supported by other launchers. I had high hopes for apex, please refund me as I have uninstalled

Akalanka Giddawage

Nexus 5 When the android 5 battery saving mode activated icons disappear inside folders. Also page of app drawer disappear.

Ezra Sowden-Guzman

It's definitely good, but... I have an outstanding issue where all folders (in the drawer and on the desktop) will, at random times, not render the icons inside of them. It's a really annoying issue where it sometimes takes five tries for me to open, say, Google Maps. The reason for the three star rating is this: I contacted the developers and after months, I have not gotten a reply. I bought the pro version, and I'd expect some sort of reply, you know? Even if its just a "did you clear your cache?" Or a "thanks, we're working on it."

Aaron Taylor

Lost gesture functionality in GS6. These phones are big. One of the best features apex has had was the swipe down feature, which I could assign to bringing down the notification shade. Worked wonderfully on my older One M7, but the shade just will not come down on the Galaxy S6. This is a pretty big deal for me. I need to be able to use my phone one-handed, without having to shimmy and shuffle my hand up the phone while holding onto it. This is a big step in the wrong direction.

Igor Kevorkov

No quick settings/notifications Gestures don't support dropping down neither Notifications nor Quick Settings for Galaxy S6. It's surely TW specific limitation but it'd be nice if Apex could work around it. The best launcher otherwise.

John Walker

Greedy Dishonesty If you buy this app, you will STILL have crapware forced on you. They put a shortcut to "Feeling Lucky" Ad/Bloatware right onto my home screen. Going back to trustworthy Nova, which, importantly, will import Apex's layout.

Jan Makovecki

A small feature request I've been using Apex for a long while now and I'm generally pleased with its stability and customizability. Lately, however, I've found myself organizing most of my apps into folders on home screen sorted by their purpose rather than alphabet or anything that the drawer offers. Custom sorting option in drawer is nice, as are app groups, but would it be possible to add folder support to custom sorting? That is, instead of just reordering apps inside the drawer having the ability to drop them on top of one another and create a folder. The way folders are implemented in desktop is perfectly fine, it would just be nice to be able to keep them in the drawer itself rather than (in my case) dedicate an entire screen to them. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Kenneth Elliott

Love this launcher, just one problem Lately, when I attempt to open a folder in my dock.... it opens but all of the apps icons in the folder sometimes have a translucent look to them and I am unable to access them from the folder... though if I close the folder or use my back button and open folder again then they all show up normal again. It's nothing major, just a little bothersome. Am not sure if it's an issue between apex launcher and the rom I'm using or what.... ...

John Hawkins

Buggy ... otherwise it's great. But useful features become useless if the app doesn't work. Would be at least 4 stars if the app were more stable.

Cesar Yabor

A great and SMOOTH launcher. Replaced my Launcher 8 when Launcher 8 began crashing when my phone updated to Lollipop. No regrets! ONE REQUEST, though, that I hope the developer will consider adding as a feature: VERTICAL home screen scrolling (similar to what Launcher 8 and Lucid launcher do). Otherwise, FIVE stars.

Robert G

Custom Sort Apps in drawer buggy not working. When I select an app in custom sorting, it automatically scrolls up, so I am forced to only move apps to the first page; Sorting apps on page/pane 2 is therefore impossible. Note: a couple of apps don't scroll up this way but most of them do... I'm on a Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0... Sorting in drawer is the ONLY reason I paid. Please fix or refund... I will update rating when fixed.

Akalanka Giddawage

Too long without an bug fix update When the android 5 battery saving mode is activated, icons disappear inside folders. And the first page of app drawer disappear. Also home screen over scroll effect doesn't look like the one in lollipop. It's been too long without a fix for this. Gonna find a different launcher.

A Google User

Issue I would give this app 4 or 5 stars if i didn't have an issue with the displayof folder content. I can create folders without a problem, but can't see the content/icons of the items in the folder once i open it - is there a fix for this?

Shurple Sherry

Persistent notifications. No support This app does NOT WORK ON LOLLIPOP. ZERO SUPPORT. uninstalled. Don't waste your money.

A Google User

I have Apex customized like a hot rod. One and two finger gestures have enabled me to remove many icons from my UI like drawer and camera. All the customizations of Nova plus more. I've been using Apex for over a year and although I often experiment with other launchers I always come back.

Jeremiah James

I really like this launcher, but... Great launcher with tons of customization, but I think it's not all that compatible with Android 6 (marshmallow). Main issue I am having is that Google's Voice Search app won't work with Apex. Gives error "can't open microphone". Only happens when using Apex and not with Google Now Launcher.

Bobby Lane

I Really Like This App. I really like this app & I've figured out all the options/settings, but I can't figure out one thing, is there a way of making the icon labels on the home screens use two lines (one under another) if you know what I mean, instead of just using one line and being cut off. It uses two lines in the drawer but not on the home screens.

Elvis Serrano

I've been using this launcher for a very long time now. probably since it came out. loved it and i still use it but since the update on my phone apex keeps on crashing once a day. sometimes more. its really annoying and im really thinking about trying out a new launcher unless they fix this issue. please fix this little bug....

Naseer M

Don't buy till it's fixed :Crashes 2-3 times every day almost I purchased pro version I love the launcher however it crashes almost everyday and freezes up my note4 can someone fix this issue with note 4? I have to revery back to the touch wiz and I hate going back. It also does not display all my folders and apps sometimes and I need to restart.

Mark Johnston

Constantly crashes Apex launcher has always worked well for me but lately it crashes constantly I figured maybe if I bought the Pro version it might be better but it still constantly crashes is there anything that can be done?

Josh Loft

It crashes like a lot It crashes at least 10 times a day. But I'm not willing to go over to Nova because I spent money on this and it took a long time for me to set it up exactly how I like it. I have send crash reports and crash reports but it never gets freaking fixed. Apex dev, if you're reading this pleaaaase fix it from crashing on my phone. I have a gs6 edge on AT&T I have been using this launcher for over two years I think. I'd really appreciate it if you would fix it. Thanks.

Michael Safyan

Needs better performance and backup APEX has a lot of really awesome features, but it seems a bit heavy on resource usage, and it requires one to manually export the configuration in order to restore (and doesn't restore widgets), which is a big nuisance... the app should let one login with Drive, Dropbox, or some other storage provider and regularly backup state there (or it should allow one to log in with a Google or Facebook account and backup/restore from their own servers keyed off the account).

Kirsten Reinsch

Annoying Issue with Notifications So I broke down today and paid the $3.99 for the Pro version because I was tired of not having notifications for texts, calls, etc. After installing the Pro version, the messages and fb notification badges were completely wrong! Easy fix: go to settings--> applications--> application manager-->scroll over to "all"--> BadgeProvider-->clear data, then restart your phone. Except for this annoyance, love this launcher. Very customizable!

Pieter Rossouw

Lost me to Action Launcher Plus Still very good but the paid version of Action Launcher has more intuitive features than the paid version of this. Will keep it installed and see if updates changes things.

Chris Rothchild

User for many years until Aug 2015... What happened? I Used to love Apex but nowadays it seems almost abandoned due to a lack of bug fixes and new updates. The app now crashes my Note 4 many times per day when returning to the home screen from any app. I install it eery week or so with clean android install to see if it will work again since I paid 5 bucks for it and would still prefer a working version to my current launcher but it never stops begging for reports (even after shutting them off) with each annoyingly taking 2 min & apparently go unnoticed.

Ronald Bess

Has been my Launcher for years... But seeing issues lately. Can't add Bookmarks to homescreen and in reading the latest reviews it appears others are having more issues with little or no support. Maybe developers moved on. Sad. May try Nova if not resolved soon.

Victorian Era

Please fix folder preview mess I've been waiting FOREVER. The folder preview used to give you one clean looking app, even though many were combined. Now all we get is a messy preview, showing edges of apps in folders. Many have complained about this, but even with all your fixes, you ignore one of the most important ones! We want our screen clean, not looking like a mess. WAITING...... For months (8?) on end :( Nexus 5. PS - I changed from five stars because you never ever fixed this.

Ashley Cenatus

Pro not working I had to reset my phone so I'm in the process of setting up Apex launcher and all of my settings. Bought Pro long before the reset and now the option to custom sort the app drawer is not there anymore. I remember where the setting was, so it's not a matter of having forgotten. I wanted Apex WITH custom sort, so I feel like I wasted my money now that I no longer have this feature. Please either fix it or refund my purchase.

Chris Huffman

Abandoned app. This has been my launcher of choice for years. I've installed it on family and friend's phones, and three of my own. Sadly it appears the dev has abandoned the app and stopped all work. No updates in over a year, and the small, annoying unfixed issues continue to pile up. A real shame for what was, in my opinion, the best launcher for a lot of years. Uninstalling today and learning to use Nova. If you're in the market for a launcher, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Simon Muxlow

APP ABANDONED! ?DO. NOT. BUY. ? Just moved to Nova as a result. Wish I had years ago! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON APEX PRO!

Christopher Girty

I like this launcher, I really do. I paid for the full version. But it doesn't work with all my widgets and sometimes widgets just disappear from the home screen. I need it to work with Google Calendar and it just doesn't. I like all the other levels of customization but I need my monthly calendar view.

Robert G

Custom Sort Apps in drawer buggy not working. Developer hasn't responded in over a month!! :( When I select an app in custom sorting, it automatically scrolls up, so I am forced to only move apps to the first page; Sorting apps on page/pane 2 is not possible at all. Note: a couple of apps don't scroll up this way but most of them do... I'm on a Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0... Sorting in drawer is the ONLY reason I paid. Please fix or refund... I will update rating when fixed. I emailed you. I even offered to help test. Please respond thanks

Ryan Blackmore

Excellent Launcher, been using it on all my devices for years, from my Galaxy S3 runnign Cyanogenmod, to my current Galaxy s7, because TouchWiz is terrible. Amazingly customizeable, and minimalistic. and it supporsts most icon libraries available out there.

Bergg Uscha

Requests (to be updated) - can not group by dragging icons - new installs shouldn't land on an already organized desktop

Mosummos

Love the look and feel, hate the bugs I could list a lot of problems but I'd rather save space with my main annoyance. I keep having to reset APEX as my default launcher EVERY time I click home or out of an app. I have clicked "make apex default" every time I get the prompt but it still pops up. This is my favorite paid launcher but I'll have to switch if I can't fix this bug. Anyone else get this or fix it? ... (Download apex and paid for apex pro.)

Rik G

lost Pro again? I noticed notifications were not showing so I went to Apex settings and noticed Pro wasnt working? So I lost Pro? I reinstalled it and still wont give me the pro features. Its still happening. Sometimes the pro features are disabled then I reboot the phone or restart apex launcher and they turn up. FIX!

Hans van der Woude

Almost perfect The only thing I'm having issues with is scroll detection/sensitivity on the homescreen and in the appdrawer. Sometimes I swipe horizontally and the page stays the same, my live wallpaper always detects my swipes so the issue must lay with Apex (experienced across multiple devices). A setting to change the sensitivity or simply a fix for the issue would be very welcome.

Andre Soriano

Its almost the same as KK Launcher, 99% similarities, except Apex Launcher does not have "turn off screen" option on the "home button".. i wish you can consider to include, as its very useful.. overall, its a very good and productive launcher alternative.. I think the developer has abandoned this apps since no visible update have been done to date..

Nicholas Corduan

Great Features, Incredibly Unstable Edited: Love the features. Nicely simple but powerful gestures, good customization, landscape orientation. Unfortunately it now crashes. All the time. At least once an hour. I had set this aside after formerly loving it. Running Android 5.0 on a Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

Tyler Rochwerg

Incredibly Powerful but Getting Worse This app gets the job done and does an amazing job of customizing my phone. I absolutely love it. My one feature request would be to add the Lollipop overscroll effect for the home screen. App has barely been updated in the past year. No Marshmallow update or bug fixes (folders appear completely blank on Power Saving mode).

Wekita's World

Best launcher Tried a few others including next and go. They have nothing on this. The user has full control over the custom settings. Awesome settings, cool effects, and doesn't lag the system like the others do. One complaint: sometimes, when I open an icon folder, all the icons will be missing so I close it and reopen and they return. Might want to check into that. ( full version user here ) DEFINITELY worth buying. So I did... ?

Noneofyer bidness

Perfect. Love this launcher BUT...I just installed on my S7 Edge Marshmallow and when I make a homescreen folder with apps inside. It won't open when I tap it. I've rebooted, cleared cache and even reinstalled. I'm running free version and have bought the pro to unlock everything. Been using it for years first time it's done this. Anyone help? TIA!!

Corina Popa

Good but with bugs I've been using this app for a few months now. I really like it but there are issues with the notification settings. It works ok for a day or so but then I no longer see the no. of missed calls or unread messages/emails. I have to restart the phone to make it work again. And this feature is the only reason why I installed the Pro version. I like this launcher very much but hope they fix this bug.

Ben

Love it! Don't ever change the status bar shadow, it's perfect! I switched from Nova Pro to Apex Pro simply because the shadow isn't dark enough on Nova. Apex well worth the money. I did drop a star because the keep in memory option puts a banner notification. Understandable, but my phone is rooted and the app should the advantage of that.

John Cunningham

A launcher with all the goodness Apex launcher(as well as the pro version) has become my favorite go to launcher. I tried action 3 launcher and was thoroughly disappointed. It crashed on me several times. I went right back to Apex. Apex offers deeper customization and a more refined look and feel that I haven't seen in other launchers. Thanks to the Devs who created this no-nonsense launcher.

Casey Smith

Met, then exceeded expectations. I have used stock Android launchers on various phones as well as Google Now and a couple of others from the Play Store. They all have their strengths. They all lured me away from iOS. I enjoyed all of them on some level. Apex Launcher Pro runs quickly and smoothly. It is full featured and flexible. It lets you be a power user, or a casual user - or somewhere in between. It's easy and useful. The BEST fit I've ever had.

Scott Barclay

Great I love this launcher, it's one of a kind and customisable to however you want it (within reason). However I have come across a problem in the App drawer since the last update where the pages of my apps seems to stack and the names of the apps aren't readable as there's two layers of text.

A Google User

Best launcher for power users Serves all my configuration needs and partners well with APW widgets on 8 screens. 1 issue with large screen 1080x1920 and 401 ppi the screens config window is scaled incorrectly and only the centre screen tile can be seen. Needs fixing?

Kaira Doffeny

What happened I paid for this app and used to love it. The last few updates however have made it very unstable. It crashes and freezes constantly my phone runs hot and will lose battery percentage While it's charging. Removing apex launcher has rectified this issue. Returning to go launcher until these problems are resolved.

Wayne Whiting

Very dissapointed in app and developer The description promises that the paid app includes unread counters when used with the additional notifier app unfortunately this functionality in not consistent. The launcher is also prone to crashing. What was also dissapointing is the developer ignores emails and the faq section of the developers website contains malware. Clearly the developer is only interested in taking your money. Look elsewhere is my advice unless you want to waste your money.

Derrick Ball

Still getting ads with pro DONT BUY I am not sure why I am still getting ads when I bought the pro version. It's always the same ad from (clash of clans). I am really stating to get annoyed with it. I would love to get my money back because I will be switching to another theme with pro version. Thanks.

Bobby Geismar

Great launcher, simple.........perfect Been using this launcher for years. No reason to ever switch. I do have a suggestion, I would really like to add shortcuts to an app group in my app drawer to home screens........or add a folder that links to an app group. This way I don't have to add apps to folders on my home screens, I just have to sort them in the app drawer. If this could be done that would be great.

Big Learning curve Three weeks ago my phone was make me very mad. Apps disappearing and moving. IPhone has settings for that. Research tells me it's a Launcher. Say WHAAAAAÀAT? Two weeks later everyone is saying-how you get your phone to look like that. The Big letters. The groupings. The colours. A big Learning curve. Actually the learning wasn't hard, bit time consuming but worth every second. If they gave me room I'd tell you a lot more. I tried. Roy

Constantly crashed my phone New phone, installed Apex which was great and had good features. Spent some time customising my home screen. Then my phone started rebooting constantly every 15-30 mins. Factory reset and started again with same result.i was about to return phone but did one last factory reset and this time didn't install Apex, no issue, phone didn't reboot once. After 7 stable days I thought I'd give Apex another go, 30 mins later phone was rebooting again. Uninstall and phone back stable. I had purchased pro version too.

Black screen freezes when swapping to homescreen I've been using Apex for several years since I first moved to Android and had been loving it. However a few updates ago has caused the launcher to freeze in a black screen for several seconds when swapping from apps to the home screen. This is on my LG G3 both on Kitkat 4.4.2 and after the upgrade to Lollipop 5.0 recently. Please fix it as it's starting to become unusable.

Third party advertising ? Was good launcher but now I have to lower my stars. Funny thing is I am on the paid for version. And Co. E to find out that it installed a third party advertisement called "Feeling Lucky" wtf

Default Forever I love the launcher and just how quick it is. As a recent converter from iOS to android I miss having the wallpaper parallax effect on my phone. I hope you guys could toss that in as a feature sometime soon, it'll definitely give you something the competition doesn't have

Was good, no longer updated regularly Sadly with various bugs springing up this developer has not been providing regular updates. Switched to Nova which thankfully has a layout importer which did a fairly good job of easing the transition with its apex layout import.

Beats Apple and Samsung! Upgraded to android 6.0 on S5 it got slow, i remembered i used apex long before. It got so well integrated its seemless, high performance. And turned my phone into a brand new power horse! PLUS the amazing features, purchased the pro as a THANK YOU

Folders not opening correctly I absolutely love this launcher, so much so that I upgraded to the pro version. However, after the most recent update, the folders I have created do not open properly. Can you please try and correct this? Thanks!

Abandoned app. This had been my launcher of choice for years.

Recommend Lancher This is a very good Lancher! Hands down it beats touch wiz for my note 4. It covered all aspects for modifications and the way things transitioned. My only complaint is that they do not have a full calander widget. This is essential when you are constantly in need of a calander and are inputting tasks. I have emailed the programmers twice asking for some insight in the matter, but it seems like they have horrible costumer service. If you were able to respond to my emails I would give you a 5 star.
