No transaction fee when the customer chooses ‘CHQ’ or ‘SAV’ when making a payment.
Monthly Merchant Service fee:
3% of Visa and MasterCard credit and international debit card transactions.
Monthly card reader support fee:
$10 plus GST per user.
$99 plus GST for the main business user and $49 plus GST for each additional user.
No long-term contract or closure administration fee.

How we use analytics:
We use third party analytics website measurement software to help us measure the performance of ANZ FastPay. We do not use third party analytics on secure ANZ FastPay screens. Third party analytics is used to anonymously aggregate ANZ FastPay statistics, such as number of page views, the number of unique visitors, time spent on ANZ FastPay, timing of visits and types of devices used to access ANZ FastPay. No personal information is made available to the third party.
This information is used to carry out statistical analyses of aggregate user behaviour. The analysis is provided to us by the third party to help us better understand usage of ANZ FastPay.

Help No use - i can't log in, it keep saying " please disable developer option before proceeding" nothing there to disable

Saying my phone is tampered with ???? None of my other apps say that !! Not happy. Fix or i leave.
Error on startup about tampered phone i get a message on startup about the phone having been tampered with. Yes, it's been rooted ANZ. Get with the real world. I recommend SwipeHQ instead.

Why do we need a reader An app that can just simply requires u to input card details would be better and cheaper for most people. Setup and on going costs too high where a simple app could work just as well.

Tech Support Had an issue tonight called and was told there was nothing anyone could do until Tuesday. Great product when it works but unfortunately the lack of support and misinformation given by your staff has left us in a position of changing banks. Giving people the run about and wrong numbers is not a good way to treat your customers ANZ. When the banks open on Tuesday we will be exploring our options and taking our business elsewhere
Was working fine then decided to pack a sad. Got a new card reader today and won't authenticate. The app has many faults. Sometimes it will go and sometimes it will go down. In a hospitality business it has cost me much business.
Samsung s5 mini OK I downloaded the app connected my card reader got my activation code and it just stays on the main page of the fast pay app. It doesn't go anywhere else. Everything is charged but where do I activate my card reader on the fastpay app. I'm not very impressed anz.
Nexus 5 no authentication Used work well but then had to buy a new phone which was the same as the last one, Nexus 5. Card reader won't authenticate, but no one in the 'tech team' can help except suggesting getting a new card reader. But the card reader works ok on my old phone and installs fine on another Samsung Galaxy A3. Seems like the ANZ Fastpay crew don't know a thing about Android OS. I've discovered the mobile eftpos is crucial to my cash flow, may have to go to another bank for a solution. Disappointing ANZ.
NO AUTHENTICATION???????? Found problem eventually. The socket on the lead does not lock in well to the kek pad and clicks out to easily causing no authentication. ANZ needs to address this problem
No Note 5 support with android 6 Worked fine on my Galaxy Note 5 until my phone updated to android 6 marshmellow. Now wont authenticate. Needs better android support. No S7, Note 4 & 5 support.
Suddenly not working It was working fine then last few days won't authenticate which is super annoying as I can't put the card details in manually. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S6 and being able to have clients pay by credit card is super important. I've turned my phone off and on, checked the app is updated and nothing works on wifi or normal data.
No S7 support?? When will this be updated to support the S7??
Android 6? Not working after update my phone to android 6 (galaxy s5). Update your software ASAP!
Steve Robinson Great App use it a lot. If it won't authentic just Uninstall and reinstall, make sure you have your user and password that they emailed you, ready. One thing that needs urgent attention is to have it work with an Samsung s7. You could just plug the curly cord that came with it, into the earphone hole in the bottom of the phone. No need to have it clip onto the phone. Also I added a 50cm straight extension cable this makes it a great remote system, and no need for the customer to hold onto your phone.
Absolutely useless App won't even let me apply if I have a different postal and physical address. Just stalls and won't proceed. God only knows what the app would do to payments, if it can't handle something simple like that.
It works on S7 edge smoothly. I tested it and used it. Not officially announced yet by ANZ
