Download Androiccu IPv6 tunnels apk 0.8 free for Android smartphone
Apk file size: 91.0 KB
A GUI to install, configure and run IPv6 tunnels using aiccu and tunnels provided by sixxs.net
You must have root on your phone to be able to install and run aiccu.
You must have the tun.ko kernel module installed or this feature must be built into the kernel. Most available firmware images already provide this. Otherwise use the tun.ko application available in Google play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aed.tun.installer).
You must have busybox installed, most alternative firmware do. Otherwise install from Google play.
This application is in beta state, I can't be held responsible for anything not working or bad things done to your phone.
- auto start on boot
- auto disable while native IPv6 available
- have a real application logo
Have fun testing and provide feedback if it doesn't work out yet for you !
If in the config menu it doesn't list your tunnel when searching for tunnels, make sure your tunnel is configured as 'AYIYA' type tunnel (has to be configured on your sixxs.net account).
- remove auto reconnect on lost tunnel as of Sixxx.net's policy
- enable not entering a tunnel id for TIC passwords
Web-Troubles part of our Tools and have average installs from 10000 to 50000. Last Update June 12, 2013. Google play rating is 74.1085. Current verison is 0.8. Actual size 91.0 KB.
SixXS ip6 on Android. Nice. Works to get ipv6 via SixXS on Android. However it fails to keep the connection as you switch from WiFi to mobile or as your mobile connection switches from 3G, HSPA, and LTE. So, it certainly needs improvement. Good start. I hope it improves.
It used to work ... Until such time that I was blacklisted by SixXS for too many reconnects on their TIC servers. Even when the tunnel is not started, the application nevertheless seems to try to retrieve information from the TIC server, leading to blacklisting.
Missing install file (download failed) workaround Great app. Unfortunately I'm receiving download failed during install (source server no longer exists). Here's a workaround: 1) Download file ip and aiccu from my dropbox. Trust it or not. I recovered these files from old androiccu instalation. aiccu - https://www.dropbox.com/s/ectxnjsg14m6bjg/aiccu ip - https://www.dropbox.com/s/zjp4gj84zeu8ts3/ip 2) Put these files on your sdcard in aiccu directory (script assumes it's /storage/sdcard1) 3) create install.sh with this content: #!/bin/sh #src: https://github.com/MartinHerren/Androiccu/blob/master/src/ch/web_troubles/androiccu/InstallActivity.java mount -rw -o remount /system mv /system/xbin/ip /system/xbin/ip.androiccu.backup cp /storage/sdcard1/aiccu/ip /system/xbin/ cp /storage/sdcard1/aiccu/aiccu /system/xbin/ chmod 755 /system/xbin/ip chmod 755 /system/xbin/aiccu mount -r -o remount /system mkdir /data/aiccu chmod 755 /data/aiccu Hope this helps. 4) In terminal execute su sh /storage/sdcard1/aiccu/install.sh
No issues.. I've been using this several months now with no issues so far. Working as expected it to be.. Waiting for more features to be added soon. Thanks for such useful software.
Now Working Usability is reestablished. The problem was that Busybox was removed during the update. All that was necessary was to reinstall Busybox using Busybox Free. After that, Androiccu's installation proceeded without a problem. Now, my IPv6 connectivity is reestablished.
Waste of time...... my address is correct. & i don't need your account..as i am feeling insulted like this. thought i could use your service. but you guys are too cheep. you didn't accept this account because you thought this address is not good....who told you that? that is my full permanent address. again i am removing your software from my mobile......
Search for providers doesn't work. So it doesn't work at all.
not working Download failed at step 1. Can't install/configure app.
Galaxy apollo This app is awasome
Good stuff Easy set up and light weighted. Nice one.
Super app V.well written application, does exactly what I needed
App with great potential, great author
Works great Thanks, don't forget to RTFM.
And now for unrooted devices ... Needs root support making it pretty useless for the average user. Isn't it possible to use the VPN API like 'OpenVPN for Android' does?
Fail Download of required files fails every time.
Not for phones. The sign up bot is a Nazi. It is antisemitic to cell phones. It requires an email from an ISP. But my cell provider is my ISP. This is the second time I've wasted an evening with this Nazi bot. The readme claims a human being will access the sincerity of your submission but last time a human being argued with my sincerity and wasted my time and patience. This app is politically incorrect and a product of an Apartheid regime.
