Never initializes LG G3... App never initializes. Apparently there is an off screen message that needs attention. Sometimes you can see it in upper left corner. Dialog box that the user can't access completely.

Daniel Cariello

Great concept but.... When I first got the app it ran and loaded properly and the info/data were useful. Now it won't even get past the initializing phase. Delete! update soon are risk losing the audience.... it's a samsuang glaxy 5 btw...

Jonathan Ang

Doesn't Work Same issue as everyone else, the app never finishes initializing. Sounds like a great concept, but it isn't usable.

Konrad Ludwig

Never initializes... The app was awesome... When it worked.

Vincent Capistran

Initialization Issues Installed App 2 times and could not get past the initialization process on S4.

Carl Castro

Waiting For Nothing The app doesn't initialize. It's stuck on the loading screen.

Johnny Pratt

Never initializes I like the concept but this app needs patched! I can't get past the initializing screen on the note 4

Ant Blair

Hung up on initialization screen Galaxy S5

Bob Arslan

Won't initialize There is a problem with this app. Downloaded to a Note 4 but it won't initialize. I will review again when the problem is fixed.

Jaime Lastra

Greetings from Ecuador Thanks for the information very useful for latin american business men and economost

Devon Campbell

Led me to some valuable data.

Alex Tarsha

Best app ever for anyone who loves economics

Peter Eakin

Will not open. Downloaded the app about a month ago and it hasn't work once. I try to open it but it says "There was an error downloading the data. Please close app and try again"

John Domer

Linked to Facebook and Twitter no notifications App is unable to fetch data due to connection verification. App does not say anything about linking to Facebook or Twitter.

Super slowwwww.... KING ! App is extremely slow and has no exit button. Although, it shows good info, feel like it takes 5 days for the app to load after its opened.

Jeremy Martin

App won't start App opens and says it need to initialize. Then crashes.

Peter McKay

table app incompatible with Nexus 7 tablet I wish the table app was compatible with the Nexus 7

Daniel Brito

It didn't want to load the data Lately I've become concerned about our "great" country. Now I know we are in trouble. A 12 year old can make a million dollar app. But the US Government can't.

benjamin vincent

doesn't open and i am disappoint.

Betzaida Rodriguez

Fantastic tool!

Hector Javier

Crashes on startup.

Jacob Reed

From 1 star to 5 Newest update fixed all my issues. As an AP Economics teacher, this is a must have!

Joe O'Connell

"Save" doesn't work for push notifications This would be a fantastic app if it actually saved my push notification preferences.

NOT Ready for Prime Time... I don't know what 20 or 30 somethings in the US Census Bureau wrote this application, but it's clear they have no clue on how to write one of these and probably haven't written anything more complicated than a brick before this. This app is supposedly compatible with both my devices, an Asus Nexus 7 and a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 (GT-P3113), but it consistenly crashes on the data load after the splash screen on the Nexus 7 with a "There was an error downloading data. Please close the application and try again." message. I finally got it to start on the Samsung by responding to some fleeting pop-ups when the downloading data screen appeared after attempting to start it unsuccessfully about 20 or so times. The pop-ups on the Samsung claim that the app is wanting permisson to access unverified servers and request permission to do so for the session. The navigation to actually quit the application is atrocious. The application collects a new thread for every screen linearly and you have to quit every screen you've ever navigated into separately to finally exit the application. The Census Bureau app authors clearly didn't read or comprehend Google's app navigation criteria for Android.

Slow BUT Great! For some reason this app loads very slowly, but the information is presented in a concise and readable format. Well.

A Google User

Great APP but why so slow?! It could use few things: 1.faster data loading speed AS right now it takes over 20 seconds 2.graphs over 24 months!!!! Every country should have that kind of APP!!!!

Trevor Sutcliffe

Only works on WiFi networks, crashes on LTE Unfortunately on the Galaxy Nexus on Verizon the app either crashes or gives a "download error" when using the app on Verizon's 4G LTE network. It works fine over WiFi.

Chris Erith

Good beginning Just the sort of thing you expect, room for improvement, but could so far

A Google User

More data please I like the simple format of this app. When will the data and release calendar include BLS data?

Zachary Straub

Informative and powerful Grab an up-to-date snapshot or detailed look into all of the critical components America's economy...only downside to this app is its loading time and memory usage.

A Google User

Easy access to good info Very simple to use. A good choice for the first data set to make available in a phone app. Hope the Census Bureau continues to enhance it and keep it 'phone-simple'.

A Google User

Useful This app is exactly what I was looking for to help stay informed about the economy.

A Google User

Slow. It seems you already know this but could you please increase the speed of loading data when the app is opened? Waiting for almost a minute for data to load is sort of unacceptable.

A Google User

Feast for policy wonks Excellent app conveniently providing key indicators.

A Google User

It's just OK Not easy to navigate and find what your looking for quickly. I'm looking for statistics for a specific state and have yet to figure out how to do that. Please improve this app!

A Google User

Great & Handy I was honestly hoping for more overall stats, so in arguments and debates i can pull numbers right off my phone to sport me lol. Can't have it all, but fantastic. Please add more: divorce rates, per capita..

A Google User

Looks like an iPhone app The summary numbers are nice to browse through. But... it's really frustrating to see an app that doesn't follow *any* of the Android user interface guidelines get five-star ratings. I'm sure the U.S. Census bureau wanted to save development money, which yes ultimately is tax dollars, so they just ported their iPhone app using a cross-platform toolkit. But even so, couldn't they at least have put the settings and menu on the ActionBar? Or used UI fragments so there wouldn't be a need for separate phone and tablet apps? The whole point of the Android UI design is that one app can fit all devices. I even had to install the "phone" version on my Nexus 7, which is clearly a tablet. That's pretty inexcusable. This is a 1.0, and I'd happily rate higher if they'd actually give Android a bit more love here in the next few updates.

Edy Maldonado

App does not intialize The app itself does not work. I'll stick to the site or a 3rd party app.

Mike Foote

Quick and easy Galaxy S3- App works well. Easy to get up to date data.

Timothy Duerr

Great concept but needs work Half the screen is cutoff inn portrait and doesn't rotate to landscape. Would like to see state level data as well.

tyler sandefur

Now working App has loaded economic indicators. Having trouble saving push notifications.

Autumn Brown

It needed more...

Helen McCulley

Will not initialize. Worthless.

Claire Jones

Indicators I like the thoroughly simple reports

Crashed frequently, shame as it is a great insight.
