This is a free app, created specifically for members covered by Allianz Worldwide Care’s health insurance policies. Developed following detailed input from a wide range of existing clients, this app brings a whole new level of convenience when it comes to submitting claims, accessing your key policy documents and getting the most out of our services.

Using only the app, complete a short and simple form (we don’t ask for information we already have). Take photos of receipts or invoices. Then submit your claim.

4. Emergency contact numbers and policy helpline

Find local equivalents of brand named drugs and translate common ailments into one of 17 languages.
6. Added simplicity and security
For fast and easy access, you can login with an easy to remember 5 digit PIN code. Any claims information entered will be preserved until submitted. All personal data is secured via encryption, plus most features are available even when you’re offline.

Automatically detects English, German, Spanish, French or Portuguese from your phone and sets up the app accordingly.

CRASHING WHEN TRYING TO USE APP I just cannot get passed taking a photo it crashes on mt S5, very frustrating
Missing feature. I cannot have a prescription and a bill for a prescribed drags at the same time. Would be great if I could add documents stored on my phone.

Stuck at choose pin code screen The app is stuck at the screen where I have to choose my pin code. The Next button is highlighted but nothing happens.

Photo taker not functioning and bank details not stored On my ASUS T101, with Android 4.02, the Photo taket crashes the application. I would strongly suggest to add the possibility to uplload a picture of the invoice from the Gallery of the Tablet (a picture taken outside of the application). Furthermore, I really would like a way to store in the device most of the bank details
Stuck on PIN code screen Please, fix this! I'm not the only one having trouble on the PIN code screen. The "next" button doesn't work. I have Samsung S5 mini, not sure if my phone is the problem.

Works as promised
Useless. Won't accept my date of birth. It insists that to validate my birth date must be later than 2000. Avoid.
Simple when it works Currently doesn't take a photo successfully. It looks like it takes a photo, but no invoice appears.
Limited functionality All I can find useful here is the ability to make claims faster than email and get a claim number for it instantly.

I'm not able to load documents from my phone's memory I'm a UN employee and my mom (dependent) lives in another country. She sends me the documents of the claims by email, but i have no option to load them from the phone's memory instead of taking a camera picture. PLEASE give us this option.
Not all the cards are shown on the app!! When I enter >> My Policy >> Membership Card I can only find the last issued card ( my baby son card) ,But I couldn't find mine or my wife's card!? It should show all the cards related to this account not just the recent one!!! Also why you can't exit the app even if you keep pushing the back button! Why you have to force close the app!?
Good enough, needs improvement Hi folks, awesome app. Helped me to submit claims instantly. Still need to work on attachment features. Either increase resolution of photos or allow to upload and attach pics from phone memory. Otherwise loved it.

Outdated Policy My policy has been renewed on Jun-2015. The apps does not automatically switched to the latest policy or does not have an option to select which policy to see. Everytime I login, the apps tells me that my policy has expired. Please fix this issue.
It updates the info only once every three days It doesn't update hourly, not even daily , this app is useless , I tried your iphone version and that one updates all info very often , you should really do something with this android app
Crashes Every time when I want to make a photo of an invoice the app crashes. So I'm unable to submit claims, which makes the app total useless...

Not able to submit claims After spending 15 min filling all my personal information and taking pictures of the invoices, after clicking submit, the application just says "unable to send bla bla. .. try again later" I've tried 5 times with the same result. This is a waste of time.

App crashes when I try to take a photo on a clean recent Nexus 7 with the latest Android 6.0.1. The support staff don't read one's complaints and just reply with what is conveniently to hand. Let's see what some persistence will do, or I shall find a provider with a better way of mamaging my health paperwork.
Not working For a few days already I cannot enter the app.All I get is a white page or an error loading link. I tried re-instaling twice and still the same. What should I do?
No picture Upon submitting a claim the photo interface appears. However when taking the photo it is not shown in the claim page. Android 5.1.1 on CM12.1 of the OnePlus One phone with privacy guard disabled. On a OnePlus X with OxygenOS it works.
Next to useless Please get this app sorted, or allow the direct attachment of documents to claims as, currently, the apps in-built camera is utterly unfit for purpose. For every claim submitted, an email has come back from yourselves stating that the documents are blurred. When taken with the phone's actual camera app and attached to the email, the documents are accepted fine

Sort out the image compression Your system compresses photos too much making them illegible. So claims get rejected until you submit new invoices. A total waste of time.
I have installed the myhealth app on my Samsung smart phone. The app works perfectly well until I attempt to take a photo of the invoice at which time while the camera comes up and allows me to seemingly take a photo but nothing is produced and the app reverts to the 'take a photo page'.
Good but needs improvement Amazing app, makes my life much easier however there should be an option to download pictures from the gallery in case you only have a pdf of the invoice. Many doctors send invoices via email.

Broken apps Installed on my Xperia z5c and the UI is broken showing "label." everywhere. Then I filled my claim information and took picture of the invoice, and the submit button was disable all the way. It displays something about "message.claim.size" which I guess should be some sort of error about some size, but there is no explanation.
Take picture doesn't work Despite being reported by past reviews the take picture does not work unles you reinstall every time you need to submit a claim. If they allowed attach from file this would solve it but they don't seem to care. Very frustrating.

Photo/scan problems One of the key service offered by the app is submission of claims using invoices scanned/photographed from within the app itself. I have encountered two major problems: on my galaxy s7 the post-scan image seems to crop-out part of the scan; on my galaxy tab s2 the take-photo command takes me not to the camera, but to Facebook or WhatsApp - rendering the app unusable, for there is no facility for attaching an image file not generated through the app itself. For me, this reduces the utility of the app greatly
Photo upload While photo uploading it takes photo clearly but in app it shows very blur, due to which claim gets rejected. Also there is no feature to include photos from gallery or any other document in pdf or excel format.
Very Helpfull Easy, simple and very helpfull, one thing need to be solved (you need to keep the screen on till the photos finish uploading or they will fall). Now Solved ☺ thanks.. now the photos are uploaded much quicker than it used to be. I'm very happy that you took care of my first comment ?
Accessible but still has its flaws I am having a hard time reviewing what I have submitted for reimbursement since I have submitted several invoices. I cannot attach files for the photos of the invoices. Maybe they have to change the app to include attaching files aside from taking a picture of it.

Its ok but sometime very slow. Feature like taking pic of the attachment is good but it should also allow to upload existing pic or scanned copy.

Not bad not good Photo application is not working good. It should have a browsing option from the gallery. Dont know why but i'm continuously being requested to send the same things again and again. The idea of claim application is good but software should be improved. And there should be the option of displaying ex calims details.
Made my work lot easier It's a lot easier to submit a claim with this app. It was always a headache to do that before but not anymore. I didn't give it 5 stars only because sometimes if there is some problem with my claim i can't see the documents i have submitted with it. But still i say it is a fantastic app.
It won't save banking info Why won't it save banking information? This app was easier to use a year ago. What happened.

Good App Does not save banking information and can not select a picture from gallery. Apart from that it is a big time saver and best prescription payment tool I have used yet. Fast and easy.
Good app Allianz is pretty good and app is secure and stable. Design is a bit outdated but it does the trick very well
Very usefull app. I really like it The only thing we should upload copy of bill from the gallery. The only option is take a photo. If i can upload scanned copy will be better.
Very useful app This app made claim submission so easy. It's a great relief as compared to tedious claim submission process of other health insurance providers. I highly recommend this app as well as Allianze Health Insurance top everyone! !
Like it very much but... Please if you can ensure that it safes the bank account information. It did so in the past. It's a hassle to re-enter them with if new claim.
It used to work perfectly since I got the last update! But i have been trying to submit a claim for 2 days and the keeps showing that the service is temporarily unavailable and I have to try again later...

No taking invoice pictures I am using this app on my galaxy tab s2 and it was working all fine. Today i tried to submit my claim and when i clicked on take photo button, it is giving me option of all apps to choose except camera. I reinstalled it but same error. IOS app is working fine.
Good, but sometimes doesn't work The App is great and easy to use, however on a couple of occasions I am not able to upload the pictures and, therefore, to submit the claim. I have previously overcome the issue by reinstalling the App, but today this workaround doesn't work either. Any suggestions? I have a Samsung 4 mini. Thanks!
Photos taken with this app since the last update are horrible, all blurry to the point that you have to send all the copies of the bills scanned via email to Allianz. Brings to question the purpose of the app itself? Wouldnt be suprised if Allianze did it on purpose, because ppl will sometimes forget to file a claim if they need to do it by email....
Blurred Photos The photos taken in app are dreadful, to the point I have had 2 submissions rejected twice each due to "illegible images". The phone's native camera app takes photos of the invoices fine, but there is no option to import these, or better still, PDF files of the invoices. I am using a BLU Studio One.
i love the app its easy to use but im unable to upload my last set of claims and they are piling up... next issue is that the picture is not possible to upload one that has already been taken and saved in gallery
Not possible to edit policy number I received a new policy number and in order to use it I had to remove the App and reinstall it. A possibility to show more than one policy number would be great.
Cannot login I had to enter policy number , DOB and last name 5 times accepted terms n conditions but could not complete login .

Repetition Whenever you add photos of additional receipts/documents you have to enter/select name of policy holder and other info again and again.
Surname no valid Dont know why but for some reason my surname is not registered. I typed it as what was mentioned on my card.
