The ALDImobile app is the smarter way to manage your prepaid account on the go!

The following features are available:
o Check your account balance, view your credit expiry date and see how much data you have remaining.
o Recharge instantly with a recharge card voucher purchased from ALDI, or with your nominated credit card.
o View and update your personal information such as home address or email. Update your credit card information or choose to auto recharge.
o Find the location of your nearest ALDI store with our handy maps.

You will need your mobile number and account password to access your information. This information is the same as used for your My ALDImobile login on our website

The ALDImobile app is free but you may be charged for data usage to download from the App Store. Standard data charges will apply when using the app from your ALDImobile service.

    Thanks to all our users for feedback on the new version. We've rolled out this update to fix bugs and make lots of little improvements to make your life easier.

Aldiapp Works well on my Samsung phone and tablets. Has never crashed and find it easy to use. Only faults are, it will not auto rotate on tablet and does not allow for multiple accounts on the android system. PC log in is excellent.

Great plans for light users. App works fine. Great coverage with Telstra network. Not sure why people are swapping to amaysim their plans for light users are more expensive. No 365 day credit. Amaysim uses Optus network. 1 million + less square km coverage than telstra. Enjoy your call drop outs and lack of coverage.

I have a dual-sim phone. I have a dual-sim phone with a work no. on Aldi and my home no. was on another network and used its app to check, etc. It got too expensive with my old home phone no. network so I ported it to Aldi but Aldi's app only works with 1 sim. I can't swap numbers thru the app in settings or add an extra. This needs to be fixed and I'd add another 2 stars when done.

Great price, great service on the Big T network in Australia. I get the same reception on my wife's phone I get on my corporate phone. Same bars everywhere, even in the middle of the bush. As long as there is reception, both are working. Oh, and no tech support easily available is the norm for these types of plans in the US and Australia. We are mostly crowd source supported on these types of plans.

Crashes and missing date expires and lost credit card info 4 stars for old version. Says you only have one day left even if its one day and 23 hours. Makes you renew a day early if youre not watching. Should have date of expiry as well. Seems to have lost my credit card details. Also refresh doesn't work. Also now says 'Expired today' but doesnt expire for another 20 hours. Also on exit just sits there spinning in a white box. The app is not good. The telecoms service is very good.

P.S. I wish others would base their review on the quality of the app rather than the Aldi mobile service (which is good; the app isn't)

Sad joke Cannot recharge through app when out of data credit. Telstra allows you to connect to their website to recharge even when you have no data. Why cant you clowns do the same? The app gets better with each passing day, but there's still tiny things wrong with it. Overall I'm finding the crash factor has seemingly been eliminated now on my Note 3. With the current version, I found that I cannot update my expired CC details in it - it doesn't acknowledge the new details after you have hit the Update button, even after waiting a few seconds. Refresh the page and they're gone. Had to update via the website instead.

Just got it At first browse it looks good. I especially like the instant balance, no more texting for it which does not give an onstant reply. Also like the idea i can recarge on it. Would have liked you to have txt me letting me know the app was available, was frustrated and wondering why no reply to my balance txts. Heaps of issues Please add a feature to give app feedback and send tech reports to your dev team. Sometimes your app present bugs and it's anoying how often it happens. The base plan in dashboard do not shows the $amount. And the app often restart and I have to type my account/password all the time

Does not work when you are out of Australia Does not work when you are out of Australia. I travel in and out of Australia very frequently and uses a PAYG for 365 days and tops up my account before I return to Aussie. But as the app is not working outside of Australia I need to recharge online. This is a major short comming. Please rectify this. Otherwise a good app.

Confusing I managed to recharge but that was confusing because nothing seemed to happen except a brief pop-up that is easily missed. Then i recharged again just to get another brief and cryptic error message rather than telling me the previous recharge is in progress. The balance and plan were long to update. The information layout is poor. Base plan and value pack info is mixed together so it takes a while to figure out what you are seeing. I have multiple numbers so the above is compounded.

Simple Not the best not the worst in between, the plans OK the service in general is ood, I use it periodically and can't fault it as work remotely I need reliable flexible service and that's what have liked about Aldi mobile.

Doesn't work over wifi Finally got it working by disabling wifi. Otherwise it fails to login due to an unknown network connection error... Makes recharging almost impossible.

Just changed from optus to aldi. Wish i hadn't. The app doesn't work and the website tells me i don't have permission. Think I'll go back to optus

A graph of usage (how much you have left vs where you are in the month) is very helpful and very easy to make. This app doesn't even have that.
