How Does It Work?

STEP 1 -Transaction is performed using the AIRCHARGE application.
STEP 2 -Transaction information is sent to the financial processor via the payment gateway portal.
STEP 3 -The financial processor receives and processes the transaction and returns an approval or declined response which is logged at your gateway portal.
STEP 4 -The AIRCHARGE application receives the response from the gateway portal. Either an approval or decline message will be displayed on the phones screen. If approved and the AirBlue Mini is attached, a merchant receipt will automatically print.

    *Added in signature capture for AirSwipe merchants. Have the customer sign and a copy of the receipt is emailed to you. Enable signature capture on the Setup screen (valid email required)
    *Added in manual tips on the signature capture screen. If tips are enabled on your merchant profile, then the customer can choose to add in a tip before they sign.

Useless piece of junk Bad, awful, horrible. Didn't work. Tech support and customer service generally rude. We had 2, and they didn't work most of the time.

Tons of taxes & fees I got aircharge so people could tip me with credit cards. The initial setup was easy, but the monthly fees were almost twice what I expected. After several months with zero use, I switched the account to a 'seasonal' account because they told me I would not be charged anything until I reactivated it. This was on April 19, then they charged me $53 for April and $53 more for May. 185 more they tried to charge and I call bogus!

Forget square! They charge too much merchant fees. Square hardware doesn't print reciepts cheap and flimsy. You get what you pay for. Aircharge ROCKS!

Gets stuck on reading swipe sometimes Worked perfect on my blackberry, but in my samsung galaxy s2 it gets stuck on reading swipe and is successful 50% of the time

Unreliable I would not recommend this company or this device to anyone. It didn't work most of the time, and tech support was downright rude.
