ActiveCollab project management is pretty great We recently started using ActiveCollab to manage projects for a small IT department, after looking at about a dozen of the most popular project management suites. ActiveCollab had an interface that was a little dated, but worked great for our needs. They just released the android app and, if the interface here is anything to go on, they're definitely heading in the right direction! The app itself is useless without an activecollab account, but you can sign up for a free trial (and they're pretty competitively price) in the app itself. The app works great. It's been solid for me so far. It loads a little slowly sometimes, especially on projects with lots of tasks/subtasks/milestones/etc. Overall if you already have activecollab, the app is a must. If you haven't tried it for project management, give the free trial a shot.

What is with self hosted Active Collab Great thing for further development of ActiveCollab, but I think guys that is not fair from you exclude your customers with self hosted AC. We was your first costumers, it would be nice gesture from your side to develop this for all your clients.

Jon Pierce

Don't install if you're a self-hosted AC user I was very excited to come across this, but found out it doesn't work with self-hosted at all.

Jay Benjamin

No self hosted option IPhone version allows for it, but this really sucks that someone paying $25 has more functionality than the original customers that bought into the platform.

Nathan Petralia

Hmmm Will you please consider the companies that paid for self hosting too? Looks promising though, more stars when it works :)

Pablo Parrado

I love activecollab BUT... But... I'm self hosted :( Not feeling love here :( Add self hosted support and then I'll rate 5 stars

Big Thumbs Down for Self Hosted

Matthew Heddle

Um...Self-hosted not an option?! Not sure what the holdup is on this, but you got it for ios, so it's time to get it working for Android.

Petar Sambolek

No support for hosted version How hard can it be? It's been in development for so long. Mobile website is not very good, hope you're aware of that.

Атанас Атанасов

doesn't have an option for self-hosted

josh gullickson

Self hosted still not available Doesn't work if you're self hosted. To my understanding, self hosted works on iOS, what's the hold up for android??? I'm uninstalling until it works. Mobile site also needs work too. It doesn't support all features... can't even complete or filter tasks. :-/ Will change rating one self hosted is supported. :-)

Doesn't work with self-hosted activecollab Please support both your products equally. If you offer mobile apps for your hosted SaaS version, you need to also offer mobile apps for the self-hosted version.

Waseem Sindhu

Awwww :( Guys, why are the self-hosted people being ignored. I'd love to use it for my team with our in-house deployed solution.

Michael Weber

No support for licensed self-hosted instances Come on guys, no support for paying customers? Get your priorities sorted.
