Update wrecked a great app A week ago I would have given this app 5 stars. Now, after the update I can't connect to my s5 at all. The mobile go version works but that does not have all the features. Support Centre not supporting!! Have never contacted me back. Change it back please!!!

Not working after update Don't update as it breaks the ability to connect, please release fix as I cannot login now to my NVR when previouse to update I could without any issues. Have contacted acti mobile app support via email support and no one is replying ! Not very impressed at the moment

Still not connecting Ever since last update, I can not connect to NVRs. Thought I was doing something wrong on a new install a few weeks ago until I discovered my app is malfunctioning after last update. I figured today's update was to fix that issue but no. It still will not connect. The mobile go app however will. So will the iOS app for Iphone.

Updated to v1.0.09.12 on 2/4/15... Accesses NVR faster now on my Galaxy Note 4 phone. I now have camera zoom access on my system. Couldn't make camera zoom work in prior ver's. ...Still no help file of any sort so you have to poke around to figure things out. Overall a nice app that even allows me access to my recordings playback. Keep at it ACTi, your getting there. Good job this update, thanks.

hopeless app For my life I can't login to my NVR or Cameras with this app. There is something seriously wrong with it. The other ACTi MobileGo app works fine. ***UPDATE...after the latest app update it just started working! I should have contacted acti support earlier ☺

Works kinda It works most of the time for the first 6 cams. When I swipe to the next 6 it just sits there with the blue rolling circle. Its hit and miss when I pull a single cam. Sometimes works sometimes doesn't. Definitely need to work out the bugs. Please write software that works. My clients are not happy with the Android app. The Iphone apo seems to work much better.

Does not seem to work on Samsung S4 Cannot log into camera with this app on the Android. forces all characters to upper case and not able to distinguish between a server and a device like I can on the iPhone version. Works fine on iPhone3,

Broken Devices work but servers don't. Tried with 10+ servers that all work fine on mobile go app and it's acti mobile client. FIX YOUR App

Was working great! Now, not so much. I ran an update on it last night (never should have done that) and now the app is not working (getting connection failed. The site is fine, just the app is broken. If you would fix the app, I would change the rating. 5-29-2015...Tried running newest update today and it is still broken.

Everything seems to work well. Everything seems to work well. Not sure what the car park feature is haven't figured it out yet. The addition of mic for two way communication is GREAT!

Works on NVR 3 not on some ENR I will start with all systems worked fine before the update. Now for some reason works on NVR3 and some ENR systems but doesn't work on certain ENR140 and ENR130 all of my ENR systems are running the same firmware version so that's not the issue. And the ENRs that don't work with mobile client work with MobileGo so networking is not the issue. I would suggest ACTI role back to the older version until this problem is resolved.

It used to be a great app until the latest update! Now I get connection error all the time on all of my devices ;( Desktop version is working fine! NVR3 Server v3.0.10.40 Something went wrong with ACTi, I have submitted 2 cases over a month ago and still not a single reply! According to below messages ACTi is not eager to fix this issue neither... Please be careful when choosing ACTi and or updated to the latest version!

Easy to install, works well, very little time delay on live view (1-2 secs), easy playback. Configured as two sites, one to use while on-site using local wifi, one to use off-site using remote internet access. Great app.

Was broken but new update fixed it After the previous update everything was trashed. After removing installer file and redownloading new updates have fixed everything and everything is working great again. I had to Google how to remove downloaded installer packet, but we are back up and working.

Configuration It's not very intuitive. Simple enough to configure except it doesn't work. Works on my pc so the server-side is good, the app simply doesn't work.
