Looks like a Verizon Tipster came forward to revel that the Motorola Droid, Motorola Droid X, and the HTC Incredible will all start a role out of Android 2.2 “Froyo” starting on August 6th and should hit all devices bye the 16th. Great news for all you Droid lovers.

This also makes it look more likely that the Motorola Droid 2 will ship with 2.2 So stay tuned friends as we will bring you more on this as it becomes available.
