On week 4 progression too steep. Went from 25 to 50 one week. Next week started at over 100.week 4 I'm at over 150 per workout. And I'm too stubborn ( translate stupid) to tell the app I'm doing less to slow it down. Like it though easy-to-use.
Great program The app does exactly what you want: tells you how many sit ups to do and how much time for rest in between each set.

It is what it is Just what I wanted. It's as simple as you want, but can do more as well if you really wanna get into it. Check out the other apps they have, like 100 push ups.
Excellent For when you only get about it 10 minutes spare a day it is a great and seems to push me just far enough each time.
Great Challenge Only takes 5 to 10 minutes. I haven't done full sit ups for 30 years. On my third week and I'm already feeling stronger

Too many full page ads Good system to increase sit ups but the 2 full page ads every workout are annoying because if you miss the x button and accidentally hit the ad it sometimes installs the ads app.
Motivation in a phone Tells me how many reps and sets.
Great pacing I like how the app helps me gradually build up and increase the number I can do. The interface is a little awkward, for example, I want to repeat a day, but if I pass the screen where it asks me about that, I don't know how to get back to it.
Ok but... The number of attempts is growing too fast. Removed.

This is a great app I was looking for an App to keep me on pace, this is it. It won't make you fit. However, it will assist you in making yourself fit!
Effective It just works & does everything it says it will. Physically, seems to be working too. Ads are a minor pain.

Gets impossible The number of sit ups increases so rapidly starting around the third week that it's really tough to progress. Found it very discouraging.

Good way to pace your sit ups This app hekps you to slowly build up your sit up count. Throw in the 100 push ups and it gives you a great boost.
Preety good They are all great apps but i would recomend putting the 200 squats 200 situps and all those other workout apps that im guessing the owner of this page owns the other 200 workout things so yeah thiat is my sugestion just so that people dont have to download like the hundred of them just for different workouts

Great app. Can adjust work out and rest time. Stared 2 weeks ago and can't start and end my day without work out.
The inbetween intervals are spot on. This app gives you plenty of recovery time between reps. I'm already up over 450+ sit-ups daily.
