Empirical studies have proved the relaxing effect of doing nothing for two minutes. After only two to three weeks of regular usage you can feel the relaxing and calming effect in your daily life, on one hand as an increased tranquillity and an improved ability of concentration. This regular relaxation will also improve your ability to deal with stress and you'll feel more balance in your life.

Repeating the relaxation several times a day maximises the positive effect. We recommend to relax three times a day for two minutes.

People who mostly work on a computer or people with a stressful job profit most from this App.

Hint:
Get up go to the window and look outside. Mindfully take ten deep breaths. Try to feel how the breath flows in and out. It only takes two minutes but it helps you to relax and to recharge with energy and to concentrate.

Gonna give it a whirl... I tend to get frustrated ? very easily especially when dealing with electronic devices and even more so when dealing with people.(stupid people in particular) I know counting to 10 never worked for me me but maybe two minutes might do the trick, especially with some soothing sounds. Now I just need to remember to utilize it... ?

Good concept bad implementation The timer fails for no reason. Also the adds add to the distraction. Options like length if the break would be nice. Removed because if the timer failure

The app can tell if you move your phone and promptly fails you, which means I can't use it on trains, airplanes, etc. An on-the-move option that only forbids you from touching the screen would be nice. Other than that, great idea and implementation.

Good idea but not useable. I like the idea but the app restarts the timer with a FAIL when the phone is moved. There should be a sensitivity setting or something because even while resting on the desk, it kept failing.

Great mindfulness tool I use this with Pomodoro technique to make sure my breaks are really breaks, it is really relaxing and connects you with nature wherever you are.

Keeps failing before time. Great concept but the two minutes never seem to end as the timer keeps restarting by itself, even when I don't touch the phone at all.

Owain Shave

Great, simple idea I use this when I get home from work, to practice being mindful for 2 minutes each day.

Deb Keighley

Good start .. A great way to begin the practice of meditation!

So so... Not bad but honestly i found better apps. Wchich are more ralexing and simply work better... And its way too easy to fail which make it impossible to use sometimes

Bad Its not great or good because its really slow for me

Simple but good idea Basic idea but helps just to force you to take 2 mins out without doing anything.surprisingly difficult not to fiddle with phone even for 2 mins!

Uninstalled: Cons: 1.Timer fails for no reason, 2.Only 4 Presets, 3.I didn't found it much attractive & useful, 4.Sounds need to be of higher quality.
