It's a great app I just finished my 100th push up with little trouble where I was finding it very difficult to do 25 only 3 weeks ago you should make a updated version where they do a full range of workouts like squats and sit ups if that gets done ill recommend to everyone but great work on this vision

Ouch in a good way I like the chart and reminder alarm. The difficulty is hard but a good hard. I used to do pushups every night just before bed. I always did 10 or more and I hope to achieve that lvl of fitness again.

Simple but effective This is exactly what is advertised. A great way to quickly increase push up reps. The reminders are helpful not annoying. Not a full body workout but I'm very pleased!
Easy to use as long as you follow the programme. Works well. Nice statistics. Constrictions in the ability to make changes if you for example do a wrong click.
Love it! My friend put me on this and I havent looked back since. Started with only being able to do 5 full pushups to doing 30 in one go, and I still have a long road ahead of me. But apart from the physical gains, this app has helped me mentally aswell: reinvigorating my interest in exercise and simply, by boosting my self confidence. good app it should do more reps and less sets. after six weeks you should be able to do 100 pushups without stopping. also it would be cool if it showed different types of pushups to workout different muscles.
Great Started only being able to do a few push ups and am slowly building up, this app encouraged you to push yourself and get better. Highly recommended.

Sean Although I haven't been taking the recommended 1 day rest period, I have just made it to 120 push ups (week 4). Made huge gains in terms of reps - I started at 25 flat out and last time I done an exhaustion test I got to 45... would recommend this app for anybody from beginner to intermediate as the app caters for people of all fitness levels. Great app only pity is I never installed sooner!
Just did it As I collapsed into the floor after squeezing out my 100th pushup of the day, I was asked to rate the app. Perfect timing obviously. I did the 100 in 5 sets of 20 average, while I couldn't even manage 20 once when I started. However, as someone already mentioned, being able to see upcoming workouts would bump this up to 5 stars. But still, this app obviously delivers :)
As someone who usually shies away from strenuous exercise I didn't really know where to start so this has been a massive help to boost my abilities and confidence. Love it!
This really motivates me. I like the way it's set up. Not sure if I ever will get to 100 push ups but I am on the right path.

Fantastic program The app does exactly what it's supposed to: tell you how many push ups to do and how much time for rest you have in between sets.

Good solid program There's nothing wrong with this app. It lets you adjust your pace of you need. If only my shoulder would let me get past week 4 day 2. But that's my problem.
Like it! I have lean posture, usually i do 10 push up and never gone up, but with this app training, i gain lot of strength, slowly but sure 3 days a week, now i could do 50+ push up consecutive. Its great, and i think everyone could step up their game with this training app.
Just right Even though I swear at this all the, its because it pushes me right to the edge of exhaustion, and then I feel great all day. I'm into week three and I see a huge difference already. Good job!

Pushes Well It doesn't jump on the pressure or amount of pushups suddenly. It kind of just slowly adds more each day until you can reach 100. Would be great if we could get an expected date on when we should be doing 100 pushups to help give you a little sharper of a goal.
So far progression is not to bad next workout 88 pushups but get 5 reps to get there. They have you rate it before you should. Im on end of week 3 now week 5 just did 120 but 30 was the most I had to do in a row really like this app only rated 4 stars because I never rate anything the top rating an app would have to make me coffee in the morning to get 5 stars.
Great starter app Simple and actually works. Just remember in the end it's up to you to push yourself to follow through with it.

Latest Update....? With the latest upd8 the routine is easier now and I kinda don't like it. I was on a good track and I liked the pace and the adjustment to each new routine. Now it's about half what it was. So I either guess what the old one would be or do the new updated routines and use it as a minimum rep suggestion. I would prefer the old routine setup with the new update. Is this possible? Also the updated version does accurately record the number of reps I enter for each set but it ends be correct for the total reps
Barely getting anywhere? Maybe it's my fault I'm not really making progress, but just doing the numbers assigned by this app are barely doing anything for me, a person with very little upper-body strength. I can do maybe two more consecutive pushups than I could when I started. Will persevere with added exercise.

I'm getting there After an on and off schedule I'm finally doing week five regularly. This is a great app but the latest update made week five set number different then their website. Don't worry if you get stuck. Your muscles have to catch up. My advice is to collapse from your last set (pushups till you cant) and get a goal/habit keeper app.
Good Program This program is what it says. You will work your way up to do more push-ups in a row. Should not be your whole workout but should be included in a workout routine.
Great excercise app! In one week started getting tone back in my arms and chest...check out the other workouts too!!
Redoing reps Does anyone have an issue since the update w the app decreasing the # of reps? Just did a total of 132 (through all sets) and the next workout targeted about 150. Now I look and the schedule says about 100 reps.
Still like the tests in between. Let's me know how I am doing. Bring it back
Pushup! No thinking just pushup. Very easy to follow try it for 30 day challenge
Only as good as your motivation This app gives you sets to do that steadily increase in repititions. Its got a clean and simple GUI and gives you a rest timer between sets as well. Im on week 2 and it does get challenging fairly quickly but you can always repeat a week if you're struggling. Eventually though if you stick with it you'll be able to blast out 100 pushups in 6 to 10 weeks. Make sure you have rest days though as muscles need time to recover!
Love it! I have done the workout in the past and having an app now makes it even easier to track!
Good program Recovering from shoulder injury and this app starts easy to get my strength back but progresses quickly to get you doing decent sets.
Bugs fixed I almost gave up on this program after the last upgrade but they've done some good bug fixes and now it's my number one program again. Highly recommended it if you want to get into shape.
Love it Simple, easy to use UI. No crashes. Haven't reached the 100 push ups yet, but this is a great way to keep you on track to getting there! I'll definitely be checking out some of the other '100 ____' apps.

Great little program to build up strength
Not the Same as the Website Didn't log on to the app until I had already done day 1. The app settings are different from the website. Easier which is fine I guess since I was right on the border, except that I had done the harder day 1. I finished the week doing more than I had to match the harder day 1. I will see what week 2 holds me to.
Push-ups I've been progressing slow and progress chart is a good reminder of where I started.

Unique program, very effective. Need to be able to do 100 pushups for the Air Force, and this is just the app to help me reach that goal. Very satisfied.

I like this app because I get reminders to workout in the morning, which is pretty great. It's pretty simple and user-friendly, so I have no complaints.
It does what it's mentioned to do. Puts you on a program to make it to 100 pushups. It knows if you are struggling and will recommend repeating a day or a week

Simple and on point It's up to you to complete the goal, this app keeps track of it. 200 in 5 sets at week 6, and it felt good.
Intrusive ads Was great when I first had it last summer, but on downloading again ads have become intrusive, will add unwanted things to your home screen, and then uninstalls this app when you uninstall the unwanted stuff. Awful!
Reminders are late or don't work Reminders varied between being 5 to 30 mins late or sometimes didn't work so messed up my scheduled time for the exercise. Otherwise app was easy to use and helpful

Like it, but.... Like the programme and the lay out's good. The ads are really annoying though, it keeps trying to install apps on my desk top. I appreciate they need to get paid, but it could be implemented better
Really effective It's helped me regain bicep and pec strength that's hard to regain without a carefully planned workout schedule like this. I just wish there was an option to have a sort of stretch day, like an option to have an easier workout for a day if you've missed a week.
It's a good app, my only complaint is the ads popping up at the most inconvenient times like when I'm putting my last set reps in.

The goal achieved It took more than 6 weeks, as I had to make some repeats, but eventually I finished the program and managed to do 100 pushups - the first time in 25 years since my high school.

Keeps me on track Especially like the graph, knowing that on each of those days I couldn't possibly do one more pushup - really shows your progress. Starting around the end of week 3 I needed to start repeating days, this is fine for me as 6 weeks would be cool but not necessary, what is necessary is improving every day and keeping good form.
Great Only addition would be to have it play a music mix during the reps. But live it now
Good App to give you some drive and upper body strength I am an old gym rat turned family man and father of 3 and I have trouble finding time for a gym in my schedule. This app has personally given me the boost of drive to do more physical training. It is simple and fairly easy to follow. I do recommend that you set the reminders on how often you want to be reminded and when. It recommends 3 times a week so that's what I set it for. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Reminder at 8 a.m. Get motivated!
Works well enough as a counter. The ads are a bit aggravating, though. Really, all it does is count and log your pushups, and I honestly could have done that myself. Pretty bare bones.
Its the biz. Every time I do it i add more pressups and can't believe what I'm doing. Only thing is you gotta stick to it. Commit. Do what it tells you to do when it tells you to do it and you'll definitely surprise yourself. Great app.

Not rocket science. Do more pushups, get stronger. The app gives you a plan and keeps you on track. I see a lot of reviews complaining about obtrusive ads and extra installs. I don't see any of that. After you finish all the reps for a particular day, you get an ad which you can dismiss easily. It hasn't tried to install anything else. I'm not even sure what people mean by that. Maybe they changed it based on the bad feedback.

Challenging Ilike it!! Its made in such a way that will construct your pushing ability within time. It calculates how much you can do and designe a workout to your range of sets. Looking forwards to it
Motivation I'm in the Army and push ups are the only APFT event I don't max. I'm 6'7" with a 6'10" wingspan- I hate push ups. But, the only way to get better at them is practice. That's why I love this app, because instead of just telling yourself you'll do 20 or 50 push ups at a time, it gives you a specific number to complete and times the rest in between. I'm still not maxing the PU event, but I've definitely had more motivation to do push ups in my free time because of the ease of this app.

Simple, but effective! This little app was part of a challenge on a podcast and I decided to join in on the fun and download it. I am glad I did. It is a simple app, it is easy to use and keeps me on track and on schedule with reminders with the day and time of my choosing. Have been using it for a couple of weeks and haven't found any issues with it. Really like it!
Good idea, not well done Didn't have much to it. I need to at least have an overview of what the program is, how long it would take, a plan of what each week is like. After I complete a day, the notification will come up later (when I set it in case I forgot one day) telling me to do the next days work. Bug there, maybe not remind a user if they already completed their workout for the day. Needs a little more work.
It works. This is the second time in doing the pushup challenge. Last time I did paper and pencil. The app is much better. It tracks the complicated scheduling very well and is simple to use. It is also more compelling with a tmer and graph.

Simple and works Currently on week 4, so far the app delivers. Only had to repeat one day, and the progress is obvious.
Really great. Simple and effective. I've been using this app for 3 weeks and I've seen significant improvements in that time. I like that the app has just enough charting to show you your progress and a simple enough interface to not be distracting.

Good app for the already strong You cannot use this app if you can only do less than 30 pushups. Its good otherwise but not useful for me.
Worth it I use it to help me train for my military pt tests. Simple, easy to track, challenging workouts you can knock out and move on.
Perfect Push-ups with this app and some add on running and stretching will give you a trim and strong body.

Does what it says Download, do pushups. Keep doing push ups. Doing like 40-50 pushups in one sitting. Could only do 10 or so before download. Seems to work.
